Complaint number: mjc7152231.
On 3rd day, engineer just visited and done nothing. Said to wait for 4 hours to charge the battery.. (Are we mad to give a complaint without primary checks from our end?) why engineer is required then.? To visit and wasting our time? Who will check this properly and tell us what is the exact issue. Poor costumer care support (Why they are picking up calls if they want to cut immediately? Without our confirmation) poor fe support. Seems like we are begging to their support after buying their product.
Fe is not able to identify properly what is the issue about (Battery or ups), why he is a engineer is he is doing same thing as we checked? Was this information helpful? |
