Regarding Complaint no-MJCBR[protected].
I have been a customer of microtek since last 7-8 years.
I bought a new inverter on may 2023. It stopped working and i raised a complaint on 23rd August.
Everyday I was following up with customer care and they were assuring me that it will be resolved under 72 hours since 72 hours is your SLA.
Today also before engineer Visit i called a local agent (name Rupesh) and he was saying same thing wait your SLA has not completed yet.
After engineer visit he told there's a fault in motherboard and it's unavailable so I have to wait for 2-3 more days.
I called this local agent Rupesh to complaint about the SLA then he started misbehaving and was trying to teach me how to talk. He started blaming me for words which I never used during my previous or current conversation with him.
I HAVE ALL CALL RECORDINGS WITH ME.(if you need as a proof).
I want to know the SLA of my complaint and most importantly i want to know what action will be taken against this guy Rupesh.
