Microtek International — UPS SEBz 900 V3 | Inverter not working | |
Hi Support Team, here is the ticket # MJCMH[protected] which I had open on 5th June and its been 5 days now no one has come to fix the issue. The inverter isn't working at all. After installing the Microtek app I was able to see the engineer name assigned to the ticket. Called him twice and he said that he will come but never visited now getting no response from him. Called in the customer care and they gave the number of the person who provides the technician. Called him and he said that engineer isn't answering his calls and would try to check on it. Its been 2 days now no update and no response when calling him. Again called in customer care and they said that they have mailed to concern teams and its been almost end of day but nothing so far. Very disappointed with the support been provided and loosing confidence in Microtek products. Was this information helpful? | |
