Dear Sir, i hv purchased a brand new solar hybrid inverter 1130va/12v 3 days before after success of 1 month old same solar inverter at my relative house.
But I found defective inverter as it was not charging from electricity. i noticed this next day. then i complaint to the dealer for replace the product, but he refused to replace defective piece and asked for Complaints at Tollfree no. i lodge Complaints and attended by socalled mr Dharmendra. he checked the product and found defective. and he replaced the new faulty plate/kit with very old and repaired plate/kit. when i asked with dealer mr ajay sharma to repaired kit in my new defective inverter he assured me to replace but no further action taken. this repaired kit also create problem as supply through inverter fluctuate as generator supply fluctuate now. i want to ask some question: -
1. why i m compel to remain with defective product as repaired old kit also creating problem.
2. is it my fault if i received defective product ?
3. i purchased top and best selling inverter of india, a very famous brand also my relative have same model only 1 month old and working well. why i m suffered to replace this defective product.
Therefore u r requested to look into matter and replace my defective product. so i can avail hassale free service.
