midway-shop.com — fraud regarding the online shopping

On 3rd March.2015 I got a call from Midwayshop.com from no. mentioned on their website ([protected]). One of their representative (may be Neha) asked me to purchase one item of worth Rs.6999/- (Android Combo pack) he said if I will purchase that, as a promotional launch I will get 32" Sony LED TV as a free gift. So I made online transaction as per his instructions through my ICICI bank Debit card.I tried to contact the merchant (Midwayshop.com) several times on their contact no. which is not working work and that's the only contact no. as mentioned in their web page. Later on, it is get known to me that same thing is happened with Mr. Devdatta (contact-[protected]) as he is also the victim of Midway shop.com. Now I am afraid of to loss my amount which I have paid to them. So need your kind support to get the amount returned back & also request to take necessary action to protect such companies from this kind fraud activity. Here unable to attach the mail communication as not recommended to attach any file, however I can provide the mail communications (2 nos.) by Midwayshop.com & also the details of complaint from two other persons (Mr.Devdatta & Mr.Preethesh A), who are the victim of Midwayshop.com for your kind perusal.
