Migration Certificate — Didn't receive any refrence number and migration certificate

I applied for migration certificate on 27th August 2022 and didn't receive any refrence number and migration certificate till now.I made a payment of Rs 151. My transaction Id is[protected]. Pls give me reference number or migration certificate as soon as possible
