Milk Basket — wallet refund not received in my account

I was using your milkbasket app on my phone no.[protected] but after starting of delivery charges announced by you i decided to cancel my membership with you and at that time their was rs.766.91 in my wallet, which i requested to refund in my account.

Now when i checked on the app you are showing -766.91 on dt.[protected], which means you have refunded the money but surprisingly even after complaining 4-5 times through your app help i have not received the amount in my google pay account or any bank account.

I really need to know where has my wallet money gone, i am not getting any satisfactory reply through your app’s help section.
Kindly do the needful on priority
