I have been using the service for sometime. Now suddenly they have charged me approximately Rs 175 for membership without my consent.

Worst Grocery delivery service with an intention to make money from customer on hidden charges.
I have given them constant feedback over last 3 years and finally now when they have touched heights of their mischievous games, I have decide to close my account with them.
They started charging convenience fee during covid for safe handling which was justified.
Later they double the amount and started charging monthly delivery fee of Rs 180 Approx (Without taking my consent). This will be deducted on your first order after every 30 days. (so for example i[censored] don’t place order from 31st day to 40th day, u will not be charged for these 10 days. And Rs180 will next be charged on 41st day i[censored] place an order that day)
NOW they have made it a monthly membership fee of Rs 180 (Without taking my consent)which is deducted on a specific date, say 25th every month. And, if you don’t have sufficient balance in your wallet on that day, you will have to manually activate the membership when you recharge (earlier, it was automatic deduction when u recharge). if you don’t manually activate, they will secretly start charging you whopping Rs15 every day for delivery and you will not even know for months as usually people don’t check such apps frequently. Then they have a policy of not returning the delivery fee for more than three days. :D.
WOW! what a brilliant way to cheat the customer and loot them with these hidden charges

First of all there should be no delivery or membership charges as they are doing business in gated societies where hundreds of families are there so they should pay the society RWA, for doing business in the society. But they will charge Delivery plus hidden charges in various names.

On top of it, their customer care sucks. they only have chat option, where you will be wasting your hours and days but you will not get a resolution of such issues. Email response is not good either. If you want to talk, you have to request a call back which they will do at their own sweet time and if you are busy and you cannot pick, they will not call back again. So according to them the customer’s time is least important. You will have to spend 3-4 days to get answers to basic queries.

A selfish company with a motive to make profits by charging high delivery. Imagine you are paying rupees 2000 every year just for delivery plus the hidden charges which can be any amount.

Milk basket started a subscription without my consent, i haven't opted for any membership. The membership charge of 175.82 is charged saying monthly membership charges but it was not communicated and not taken customer consent on this.
When I communicated to support on this initially mentioned we will revise the membership charges but later mentioned it's not refundable. They are not keeping their words. Any business or entity should not start any subscription with out customer consent.

Subscribed with Milkbasket to get Milk packets on time but they were delivering after 9am drop the milk packets at the gate entrance ended up Milk become sour while boiling.
Delivery person claims that having no other customer/delivery in my area had to come only for my order hence delay taken place.
Hence i wish to discontinue the subscription and requested for refund for balance left with Milk basket.
Wrote about this to them [protected]@milkbasket.com got compliant no.14451 and 15213. (20.5.22 and 23.5.22)
No one has called till now.

I was using your milkbasket app on my phone no.[protected] but after starting of delivery charges announced by you i decided to cancel my membership with you and at that time their was rs.766.91 in my wallet, which i requested to refund in my account.

I ordered 3 items from milk basket i got only milk delivered. They didn't delivered rest two product and also not refunded money. I tried to contact through chat but i didn't get any response. When i search customer care number for milk basket on google. I got a fraud contact number in name of milk basket. I called on that number and they told forward this message then i will send money in phonepe. I forwarded that message and i lost my money...
