Since last few years I am ordering essential items from mill basket with no delivery charge.But on 15 March’23, I out of blue was charged 149 + GST without any prior notice. When I contacted there customer care they told me they have charged me because my trial period was over and they charged me for that. Its fraud with customer as they should not deduct from wallet without consent of customer as it was a sudden change from their side. They should inform customer if there is any change in their service. Was this information helpful? |
