Regarding subscription charge only 2 packet milk 175 rs taken

I have been using this app for getting milk daily and i have not been informed about the delivery fee Rs.15 daily but this company cheated by deducting the daily delivery charge of Rs.15 every day for the past 4 months without my consent.

Worst service. Subscriptions end abruptly and on low balance instead of turning into cod, order stops getting delivered. No notification for low balance!
Customer support team knows nothing! No resolution can be expected apart from lies!
They literally lie to make customer feel that customer is wrong and they have done everything from their end.
Unsupportive and rude!! Stretch the issue but not focused on resolving the...

I am ordering essential items from milkbasket with no delivery charge.
But today i checked my transaction to my surprise this fraud company is charging Rs 178.82
since March 10th without my consent they started charging delivery charges.
When I contacted there customer care they told me they have charged me as per term and condition popped up on mobile and it can not be reversed.
This is totally non acceptable as I never got any information in my mobile regarding Delivery charges.

Please help me to resolve this issue.

This is totally non acceptable. They can not charge without my consent. I should renew my membership by paying myself . They can not auto deduct membership fees

This is totally fraud. This can not be done. Totally unethical practice. They have cheated millions of their customers.Please let me know how to stop this nonsense from these big fraud corporates.Their greed has exceeded the greediest.

They should be fined publicly with news on news channel so that these people think twice before cheating common people.

Without user consent, the membership fee was introduced and the amount was deducted automatically from the wallet amount. The company should have notified about the membership introduction inside the app in a pop up and should have got the proper consent from the customer before such action. And after a month once the membership ends, still they didnt notify anything and started reducing 15 rupees as delivery charge each day. For a milk packet of 20 rupees, they reduced 15 rupees in addition to the 20 rupees from the wallet. My biggest regret is the recharge I have done for the wallet. How can a company do such scams and still exist? I have stopped using milk baset. Such a fraud company.

I have used a milkbasket for the past 7-8 months. I noticed they had deducted membership charges 149+GST(175.82) in the months of mid March and mid April. Without User Consent, they deducted money(351.64) from the wallet. On checking, there seemed to be a monthly subscription fee, which they refused to reverse for both months. I will be closing my milkbasket account and will suggest my family members and friends not use milkbasket

I was charged for the membership but my order was not delivered due to address not found. Nobody initiated any order verification, simple went ahead to send me a notification that my address could not be found so they can’t deliver. Then why was I charged for the membership? I requested for my money to be refunded to source as I can’t use the app but customer care was not helpful and did not help me get a call back to speak to someone who could help.
Now my money is stuck in Milkbasket wallet while membership charges have already been deducted, and I can’t even place an order. Milkbasket is holding off my money for no reason. This is not acceptable. This app must be discontinued for causing such inconveniences to the customers.

When I contacted there customer care they told me they have charged me because my trial period was over and they charged me for that. This trial period is of 30 days so in my case it doesn’t make any sense, as its been already around 60 days till my first order.br...

I am a milk passed user since 2 months and I stay in Kharar. Since 2 days I am ordering things from milk basket and they are not delivering till 10 a.m. in the morning. Despite of several complaints through chats they are not ready either to listen to us or refund are money. According to their policy the items should have been delivered before 7 but they are not sticking up to there rules and regulations. As we are working there is nobody at home after 8:30 a.m. so who will be responsible for the whole orders spoilage such as milk curd paneer vegetables and fruits kindly help

The products delivered were rotten..fruits sare rotten and smell badly. Consuming them is hazardous for human health. The peaches have fungus on them.

I Recently Order Milk From Milkbasket App. after order next morning i got a call from Delivery Person they call me. and say come to my location for taking a product. What is this nonsense. Why i go to there location to take delivery. You are deliver product to customers home. Not customers come to your Location to take delivery. So After that i reject to come to there location.so he Threat to me they will cancel Order if i not come to there location So i sad ok Cancel it. So After That in App showing me My Product is delivered. WTF You said your order is cancel but now App showing me my product is delivered. but i not get my order. So i raise a ticket in App my order is not delivered. After 10 Minutes. Someone Call Me From Milkbasket He Said He is TL in MilkBasket. He is Also Starts threats me Why i was not go to there location. i will come to your home and using very Aggressive Language This is insanity. In the end Milk Basket Company is full of gundas everyone is gunda in this company And i have Call Recording Also. I personally recommend you everyone Please do not use MilkBasket Gunda company.

I placed an order for 15 items. It was to be delivered by 14 Dec, 2021 morning 7AM. But it has not been delivered. There is no proper customer support where I can file the complaint or timely resolution can be provided.
Pathetic service from Milkbasket.

The vegetables bought on milkbasket are found to be coloured artificially
When you wash the vegetables the colour start coming out .This should be brought to the food department notice. Such a big firm doing pathetic and degrading things

During wallet payment using paytm, there was unauthorized transaction of Rs500 for wallet recharge of 500.00. One transaction for Milk basket and another for reliance retail. This has happened twice. The customer service is non existent with no number available to speak and explain directly. Mail response is also pathetic.

Without my consent Rs152/ was deducted fm my Milkbasket wallet on first order. I expect u to refund my amount & No further time wastage or full money & close the a/c. Ur executive deleted the post as noticed I am copying for complaint. Very cunning approach to fool around.
Yr executive msg: I would like to inform you that the subscription charges will never be auto deducted from your account. It will only be charged when you place your next order post expiry of your subscription i.e. 30 days.
Awaits refund.

Service charges of Rs 152/ was deducted with my first order without my consent. Later yr executive deleted the chat. I expect u to refund my amount as it was without my consent.

They are charging unnecessary charges in the name of covid safe handling which is too much considering the large customer base. now they have blended the charges with the month delivery charges so that customer will become habitual and they keep charging this even in long run.

Even when the covid as settled and they never exclude the charges even for a day. making money in this form.

Also, when i raise a request fro return of a defective product. they just ignored it and close the matter because i did not pick their call once. they cud have kept the issue open and call me again the next day. by closing the issue they wanted that the customer will forget to chase and they will not have to refund.

even the customer care service was poor, when i take up this matter with customer care, they kept sending standard reply and never answered my questions.

I have asked them to not send any messages on mobile. But still I am getting daily messages even though their services are not available in my area.

Milk basket charges ssph charges on my daily order without sending any notice and now they are not ready to refund that amount. They are charging monthly charges + gst and ssph charges with your each order.in simple word they are just cheating people.

On 17th July, 2020 I received a communication from milkbasket that they have decided to stop the services in my area and will initiate a refund of the balance amount in Milkbasket wallet in 10 business days. However, they have not refunded that amount to me till date. I am following up continuously with Milkbasket customer support team through email but each time they respond that the refund shall be initiated within 5-7 or 10 business days....

Amount deducted from my account, has not been returned. Claimimng they have sent it back to my mobikwik account. Whereas, i don't have an account there. I have messgaed and called - have been chasing them for 6-7 days. Yet, no closure. I have all the screenshots with the associates.

Cashback on ordered 02/07/20 & 09/07/20 are not received and your help center is not bothering to resolve my comments till date.

Milkbasket has deducted money more then they have listed the price, i had 72 days left for free delivery but still they have charged 69+rs from me, that was redicules, when i am asking for help they are not giving me reply. I need help on this.

I had already paid my monthly delivery charges (Inr 69+ gst). It means that now they won't charge me extra delivery charges if i order something. Yesterday a packet of pav which cost 30rs; but they charged me 38.26rs. When i tried to find out why i was charged extra i found out that it's ssph charges. I asked them about ssph charges but i didn't get a response.
Due to covid-19, people are trying to step out as less as possible. They are taking our advantage as they know that to avoid going outside people would use online delivery apps. So, they are charging extra money.

I would like to bring to your notice 30 May 2020, there was only 1 item delivered that was Milky Mist Pouch Curd Rs 10.

Rest none of the items have been delivered. Instead of the item that was supposed to be delivered, i got 2 Kg Onion, 1 Kg Tomato and 3 Amul Butter Milk worth Rs 10 each.

I had raised a case in the APP, but the issue is closed without refund nor any contact from customer care.

Please look into the issue at the earliest and initiate the refund.
