Milkbasket — Unnecessary charges and ignoring customer complaint

They are charging unnecessary charges in the name of covid safe handling which is too much considering the large customer base. now they have blended the charges with the month delivery charges so that customer will become habitual and they keep charging this even in long run.

Even when the covid as settled and they never exclude the charges even for a day. making money in this form.

Also, when i raise a request fro return of a defective product. they just ignored it and close the matter because i did not pick their call once. they cud have kept the issue open and call me again the next day. by closing the issue they wanted that the customer will forget to chase and they will not have to refund.

even the customer care service was poor, when i take up this matter with customer care, they kept sending standard reply and never answered my questions.
