I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding a product I purchased from your brand, Milky Mist. On 22nd May 2024, I bought two 1KG buckets of Milky Mist Curd through BigBasket. Unfortunately, upon opening one of the buckets, I discovered that the curd was spoiled, despite the fact that the product was well within its expiration date.

I request that Milky Mist take the following actions:
Acknowledge receipt of this complaint.
Investigate the cause of the spoilage and take necessary measures to prevent such issues in the future.
Provide compensation for the spoiled product.
Offer assurance that steps will be taken to ensure that such an incident does not recur.
I am willing to provide the spoiled product sample for your inspection if required. I hope for a prompt response and resolution to this matter. Your timely attention to this issue will be highly appreciated.
