I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding a product I purchased from your brand, Milky Mist. On 22nd May 2024, I bought two 1KG buckets of Milky Mist Curd through BigBasket. Unfortunately, upon opening one of the buckets, I discovered that the curd was spoiled, despite the fact that the product was well within its expiration date.

The details of the product are as follows:

Today, I purchased milky mist probiotic curd. But it is expired and same has been handed over to me. The mfg date is of 07.08.2020 and expiry date is from 40 days from the date of manufacturing.
So, I have purchased it today which has already crossed the expiry date.

We are regular users of Milky Mist cut but recently, certain packets of the curd we purchased have not been up to standard. Packets of Milky Mist Curd opened on 24-28 May 2016 contained strands of hair and silicone type material in the product. We opened 3 packets so far and all had hair strands mixed in the curd. This is unacceptable as we feed curd to our children. This company is not following hygienic manufacturing process if such foreign materials in getting into their product.
