I have order one spotzero mop from amazon by order no.[protected]. Item was deliver by the invoice no. Sata - 1463635. Detail pb sata[protected] dtd[protected]. I am an ex service man i purchased item from csd and milton is the supper. So by the name i have order the product. But it was third class item. Both the handle stud were out and not engaging. And while lifting only handle comes in hand. Same problem with pulling handle. Wheels were having lot of play sideways. It is bad experience. It bring the bad name to your company then the amazon. Need improvement of your r&d and quality control department.
