MILTON THERMOSTEEL FLASK 08-02 — Not maintain temperature | |||
I have brought a 500ml thermoflask from flipkart. At first it was not maintained temperature and they replaced it. Again the same issue for the new item. Now their replacement time is over. They are not accepting the flask. One year warranty is there. Was this information helpful? | |||

My name if Suparna Chowdhury residing at Kolkata. Same problem facing by me this year while using Milton 1200ml Thermo steel Flask which I bought 2 years back from Amazon. The whole temperature is coming out within few seconds. I am very much disappointed about the quality of Milton. Kindly resolve the issue.

I am Suparna Chowdhury residing at Kolkata. I had bought one Milton 1200ml Tea jug type Thermo steel flask from Amazon 2 years back approx. and used sparingly. From the very begining, Flask was not up to the mark compared to other 2 Milton Steel flasks I am still using. I just ignored to complaint that time keeping in mind that Milton too is not keeping quality like others. This month I take it out from cabinet and pour hot water and surprised to note that all heat is coming outside within few seconds and water became cool within 1/2 hrs. The outer portion is becoming too hot like normal steel utensils.
This is the quality supported by Insulation giant "MILTON😂" and we are cheated after paying 3 times money compared to normal Glass flask.
I would request the Quality management team of Milton to revert and try to replace ASAP.
