My name is Satish Chandra Chandola. I am a serving defence personnel and presently posted at Delhi. I bought a thermosteel flask of 1 ltr capacity on 13 Jul 12 from CSD canteen of Base Hospital Delhi Cantt. Since then I was not in need for using the flask but when i used it on 10 Dec 12, this flask could not keep the boiled water in hot condition for 2 hours only. As this flask is not serving its purpose at all, it is not at all useful and When I approached to the CSD canteen, they told me to contact to the company.
As I am a defence personnel my income is not so much that I can bear this. As being a defence personnel we are serving the nation and at the same time it is the duty of every company to replace its defective product which is under warranty. Therefore I request you to replace this defective flask.

I am Shikha chitranshi from Allahabad. I had bought 1 litr. capacity MILTON thermosteel flask2 year ago . The same was not yet used but now when I tried to put cold water, the flask becomes very cold from outside, just like normal steel utencils. So also the water hot down within 2 hrs. as such the purpose of the thermosteel flask is not served at all.

I hope my grievance is conveyed to the concirned company officials and my complaint is promptly looked into and the defective flask be replaced at the earliest. The shopkeeper in lucknow, from where I purchased the flask is not ready to replace the same.

I bought it for some 500 rupees.. it is a total waste I misplaced warranty card so I am hopeless... just sharing my grievance...

Milton making fake products and just wastage of money and time if you think to purchase it. I also have bad experience with thermosteal flask.

Very bad product. I bought a Milton thermosteel 12 Months ago. But Now a days Hot water terns to cold within 1 to 2 hours.

I had bought 1 litter capacity MILTON thermosteel flask 08-02 six months ago . So also the water cools down within 15 minutes. as such the purpose of the thermosteel flask is not served at all. Since I paid quite high amount, I am not at all satisfied with its performance. I have misplaced the warranty card, but the defect is genuine.
I hope my grievance is conveyed to the concerned company officials and my complaints is promptly looked into and the defective flask be replaced at the earliest. The shopkeeper is from mohammadabad District ghazipur up 233227, from where I purchased the flask.

This product is worse I have never seen this type of bad product. I bought a Milton thermosteel 12 Months ago and it's not working.its worm outside.

The milton thermosteel get super hot from outside. Whats the purpose of a flask then? Total waste of money. I bought it from big bazaar ambience mall gurugram. I have lost the bill long time ago. Help me to get the refund or ill ask all my friends ( and ask them to do the same) not to buy Milton.Please reply before 2019 or ill spread the word. I can return the product in original packaging.

Me too having same problem.. no hot even for 6hours

An year back we bought three one litre capacity Milton thermosteels, after pouring hot water the outer surface becomes too hot. Please let me know where to get it repaired?

Purchased thermosteel flask of 500Ml in the month of Dec 2018 from Indian Naval Canteen Service (INCS). The flask stop working in Apr 2019. The life of the product was hardly 4 months!!!. I saw many complaint of the same kind here. I looks that milton has cheated us by selling his bad product. The product was hardly used n further no damage or any scratch marks.

I bought Milton thermosteel flask 350 ml Orange color almost an year back and it has stopped functioning now. Am not sure if i will get any replacement as it is one year now.

Facing same problem as the folks above. Warm fluids poured in make the flask warm on the outside and after this the fluid inside goes cold. Might as well use as room temperature flask !!!

I bought my Milton flask 6 months back and now it's not working...hot water after pouring in..the body also gets heated...like normal stainless steel bottles...never expected this from Milton...m shocked and disappointed
