[Resolved]  Mindtree Limited — union bank of india - upi failure

I have done 2 transactions on 9/12/2018 of amounts 31364/- and 46491.04/- respectively to lic of india via union bank of india upi.

The transactions show failure status at union bank upi app and also did not reached vendor but both the amounts been debited from my savings account.

I have already raised a complaint via calling on call center. The complaint number is[protected].

Considering the amount is in big number, hence, would request an immediate action on this and revert the money, as i need this money to pay my lic premiums which is due shortly.
