Mini Gas Agency, Kundara — non delivery of gas

I am A.Sathyan, Consumer No.184802 of Mini Gas Agency, Kundara. I have booked my cylinder on 10.3.2015 and I asked over phone about the delivery of refilled gas cylinder, the lady who had taken the phone had replied that if you come on 16.04.2015 to the agency, you can collect the gas, otherwise you won't get the cylinder as they are not delivering the cylinder in field. Since we are going to Office, we cant; wait before the agency. Please make necessary arrangement for home delivery.
