I am A.Sathyan, Consumer No.184802 of Mini Gas Agency, Kundara. I have booked for a refilled cylinder on 10.3.2015 and for that a cash memo generated on 20.4.2015. When the delivery man Mr.Naser, who brought the refilled cylinder to my house on 23.4.2015, I was not in a position to collect the refilled cylinder. Immediately he himself told, we will cancel this bill and you should book for another refilled cylinder. Please clarify after generating cash memo, how many days an agency can wait for the customer.
