I am A.Sathyan, Consumer No.184802 of Mini Gas Agency, Kundara. I have booked for a refilled cylinder on 10.3.2015 and for that a cash memo generated on 20.4.2015. When the delivery man Mr.Naser, who brought the refilled cylinder to my house on 23.4.2015, I was not in a position to collect the refilled cylinder. I have booked my cylinder on 10.3.2015 and I asked over phone about the delivery of refilled gas cylinder, the lady who had taken the phone had replied that if you come on 16.04.2015 to the agency, you can collect the gas, otherwise you won't get the cylinder as they are not delivering the cylinder in field.
