Sir, my car is baleno whose number is dl10ck6521 which was purchased on 06.03.2018. It was now running 2000 km. Was taking her vehicle on 27.07.2018 to maruti suzuki tr sawhney gokalpur workshop for second service. Due to excessive water on the road. The car stopped in water. I have been calling customer care multiple times. But i have no help. The next day, with the help of my friend, the car reached the workshop. The workshop checked the vehicle on 29.07.2018 and told that the chamber was blasted due to water in the chamber and the engine has been seized because of the engine water. Engine protection is also mentioned in the insurance. Still, the engineers workshop have been refused to do the working the insurance and have given the expense of rs. 1 lakh.
