Miniclip — Money deducted from account but purchase failed

I tried purchasing 8 ball pool pass by miniclip and also some other gifts, I tried three times, all the time money deducted but purchase failed, please help me resolve this issue, either make that purchase successful or return my money. I'll share the screen shot.
