1) took 22 days to deliver this, even after i paid extra for expedited delivery. No refund of the premium paid for delivery.
2) 2 out of 3 items were in a used/worn out state. Want to return, but they will not pick it up. They want 1 months time, so i have to ship it back myself.
I want them to either pick up the item, get this sorted within 2 weeks or refund my money. I have been through a lot of hassle already. Was this information helpful? |
