Scam company. Purchased item, then they stalked me for 2 months, then they said my address didn’t exist and my order had been abandoned and no refund. All lies. All a con. Never ever use.

Customer Services can’t write in correct English and most of the responses are standard ones....

1) took 22 days to deliver this, even after i paid extra for expedited delivery. No refund of the premium paid for delivery.
2) 2 out of 3 items were in a used/worn out state. Want to return, but they will not pick it up. They want 1 months time, so i have to ship it back myself.

I want them to either pick up the item, get this sorted within 2 weeks...

I have ordered a tablet case cover in miniinthebox on oct 25, 2017. I have been said that i will receive the product before nov 1 which haven't received. Hi, please remember these chinese companies miniinthebox, lightinthebox or wish.com they are here to cheat customers by providing fake assurance on products ordered and do not keep the promise. Wondering if there is a way we can blacklist these companies and get them off business. They don't have a phone number to contact with, can you believe that....

I order watch in miniinthebox on 28th of august 2017 and i paid $ 22.98 through my credit card, while i am ordering the watch, website showing with in 8 to 10 business days to deliver but till i didn't received my order, i raised the complaints couple of times but i didn't received proper replay from the customer service. Can you please help me into the issue.
