Some three months ago I purchased a mans wristwatch from mininthebox costing me £25.15.the item was shipped to me but because of a customs issue was never delivered.i have contacted mininthe box many times but seem to get nowhere with them, they have even deletrd my orders list from my account.all I want is a refund from them.mr colin wood
