Ministry Of Finance Govt. Of India — banks are not helping to extend tenure of my personal loan

Hi,

I have three personal loans from different banks. I had paid them properly till march 2020. I have some financial crisis now. Banks persons are calling me to pay emi. I requested th to extend the tenure of my loan so than emi can be reduced and i could pay my loan easily. But they are not helping me. Please help me on this.
