SBI has not paying actual matured amount of my RD

I have opened a RD on 21.7.14 in SBI at Sector 7 Market Faridabad (Haryana) Branch. This RD had matured on 21.7.19 & bank has auto transferred fund in saving account. But I was surprised to see that deposited amount was much less then committed amount.
I have raised this issue to concern branch many times with staff as well as with Branch Manager. After repeated follow-up with Branch Manager they tried to know region from some backend service & backend service had wrote them that there is a penalty of Rs.27450.00 in RD without assigning any reason behind it. Branch Manager had written this statement on my request letter. But they are unable to tell me that why bank had not given me my full amount. They told me that they are unable to do any more as this is computerize calculation.
Matter was submitted to Banking LOKPAL but they also closed matter on the basis of bank reply & they even didnt try to understand the matter from me. Lokpal closed the matter without going in any facts (It show that there is no use of LOKPAL for public, they are favoring to bank only.).
After LOKPAL decision I filled a complain to Consumer Court Faridabad, this forum has listened my complain & find deficiency in service. This court give decision in my favor but they also couldnt provide full settlement. I got some money through their decision but still I could not get my entitled money from Bank. I request you to please instruct to bank that-
1. Pay my pending money
2. Provide me all calculation
3. Pay interest on hold money
4. Pay compensation to me for this harassment.

Complaint against SBI

मैं ज्योति वैद्य जिला यमुनानगर हरियाणा का स्टेट बैंक ऑफ इंडिया शाखा तेजली यमुनानगर बैंक अकाउंट जिसका नंबर [protected] है सितंबर अक्टूबर 2020 में स्टेट बैंक ऑफ इंडिया के किसी कर्मचारी का बार-बार फोन आने पर मैंने एक 10000 लिमिट वाला एसबीआई क्रेडिट कार्ड बनवाया ।क्रेडिट कार्ड का बिल मैंने जमा भी करवाया लेकिन नवंबर 2020 में ऑटो डेबिट होने की तारीख से पहले मुझे एक मैसेज आया जिसमें कुछ मिनिमम अमाउंट जमा करने के लिए कहा गया यदि मैं पूरा अमाउंट ना जमा करवा पाऊं। मैंने 23 नवंबर 2020 को बैंक द्वारा मैसेज के अनुसार जो मिनिमम अमाउंट था वह जमा करवा दिया लेकिन जब फाइनल बिल बिल बना तो उसमें मेरे द्वारा जमा किया गया अमाउंट का कहीं कोई जिक्र नहीं था मैंने क्रेडिट कार्ड बनाने वाले कर्मचारी से इस बाबत बात की तो उनका जवाब यही था इस में मैं कुछ नहीं कर सकता आप कस्टमर केयर पर बात करें। मैंने एसबीआई क्रेडिट कार्ड के कस्टमर केयर नंबर जोकि टोल फ्री है उससे बात करने की कोशिश की तो मैं बेहद हैरान हुआ की यह नाम का ही नंबर है आपको दूसरे नंबर पर फोन करना पड़ेगा जिस पर ₹2 मिनट का चार्ज लग रहा है और लगभग 50 से ₹100 अपनी शिकायत दर्ज कराने में ही लगा दिए उस समय ना कस्टमर केयर ने और ना किसी बैंक कर्मचारी ने और ना ही मेल द्वारा बार-बार शिकायत करने पर मेरी बात को नहीं सुना गया और हद तो तब हो गई जब मैंने अपना क्रेडिट कार्ड उसी महीने बंद करवा दिया और लगातार फोन द्वारा मेल द्वारा मैं अपने साथ हुए धोखे की शिकायत करती रही और शिकायत का निराकरण तो क्या करना था हर महीने मेरे अमाउंट को इस तरह बढ़ाया गया जैसे पुराने जमाने में साहूकार गरीब लोगों पर लगाते थे बहुत बार बार-बार मेरे प्रार्थना करने पर भी मेरे 500 1000 तो क्या माफ करने थे मेरा जो ₹10000 का बिल था उसे 22000 में ट्रांसफर कर दिया यहां मैं आपके संज्ञान में एक बात लाना चाहूंगी की एसबीआई क्रेडिट कार्ड की शिकायत सिर्फ कस्टमर केयर पर बात करके की जा सकती है उसके लिए न तो यह खुद कस्टमर को कॉल करते हैं कि आपको क्या समस्या है और ना ही किसी जिम्मेवार व्यक्ति का कोई कांटेक्ट नंबर मिलता है। इनके लगातार अमाउंट बढ़ाने के कारण तथा मेरे द्वारा की गई शिकायत बिल्कुल नजर अंदाज करने के कारण मैंने इनसे अपने क्रेडिट कार्ड बिल की सेटलमेंट के लिए प्रार्थना की इन्होंने एक सेटेलमेंट लेटर मुझे मेल द्वारा दिया जिसके बारे में ना तो मुझे फोन द्वारा अवगत कराया गया और ना ही अमाउंट के बारे में मुझसे बात की गई मैं जब तक मेल में उस सेटेलमेंट लेटर को देखती तब तक अमाउंट जमा करने की तारीख निकल गई थी। उसके बाद फिर से कुछ दिनों बाद मुझे एक कॉल आया जिसमें मुझे सेटेलमेंट अमाउंट के बारे में बताया गया तथा मेल द्वारा एक सेटेलमेंट लेटर दिया गया सेटेलमेंट लेटर में दी गई 15200 की अमाउंट को मैंने पेटीएम द्वारा जमा करवा दिया और एसबीआई क्रेडिट कार्ड की एक फोन कॉल आती है कि आपने अमाउंट जमा करवा दिया है हम उसे अपडेट कर रहे हैं लेकिन कुछ दिनों बाद फिर से मेरे बैलेंस बचे हुए अमाउंट को ऑटो डेबिट के लिए बैंक में डाल दिया जाता है मैंने मेल द्वारा और कस्टमर केयर पर इस बात की शिकायत दर्ज की। लेकिन आप यकीन मानिए शायद ही कोई पुराने जमाने में कोई साहूकार यहां कोई बहुत गलत सोच वाला व्यापारी भी ऐसा व्यवहार करता होगा जो एसबीआई क्रेडिट कार्ड की टीम मेरे साथ कर रही है इतनी मानसिक प्रताड़ना, आर्थिक उत्पीड़न जितना कुछ कहूं एसबीआई क्रेडिट कार्ड टीम के लिए उतना ही कम है सर चार्ज पर सर चार्ज लगाए जाते हैं शिकायत पर कोई कार्रवाई नहीं की जाती। रटा रटाया जवाब दिए जाते हैं कस्टमर केयर पर घंटों बात की जाती है लेकिन कोई फायदा नहीं आप यकीन मानिए कि 6 महीने के अंदर शायद ही ऐसा कोई लोन होगा जो ना देने पर डबल हो जाए और डबल से भी ज्यादा। 10000 का लगभग ₹23000 बना दिया गया मुझे कोई गुरेज नहीं है कहने पर शेम ऑन द एसबीआई क्रेडिट कार्ड टीम इतना कुछ कहना चाहती हूं मैं कि यदि मैं लिखने पर हूं तो 500 पेज भर जाए मेरी कॉल ऑन रिकॉर्ड है, मेरी मेल ओन रिकॉर्ड है, एसबीआई क्रेडिट टीम द्वारा किए गए मुझे फोन कॉल ऑन रिकॉर्ड है ।मेरी आपसे इतनी प्रार्थना है कि यह मानसिक और आर्थिक प्रताड़ना कृपा करके बंद करवाई जाए!सेटेलमेंट लेटर के अनुसार जमा की गई राशि के बावजूद भी शेष राशि दिखाना कहां तक उचित है मैं यहां पर आपसे प्रार्थना करना चाहूंगी कि जिन कर्मचारियों के कारण यहां यह कहना गलत नहीं होगा जिन लापरवाह कर्मचारियों के कारण मुझे इतनी परेशानी हुई है उन पर भी कार्रवाई की जाए मेरी आपसे हाथ जोड़कर विनती हैकि मेरे द्वारा की गई शिकायत उचित जांच की जाए तथा जो मेरे पर जितने भी सर चार्ज लगाए गए हैं उन्हें माफ किया जाए मुझे पूरी उम्मीद है कि मुझे न्याय मिलेगा

Dhfl scam and non payment of investment

DHFL DEBACLE
By virtue of the devastating pandemic onslaught in the country, the entire economic systems as well as social fabrics have been tumbled down and crippled.
Almost 100% of the FD investors in DHFL are Senior /very senior Citizens and small investors. This is the only 6.177% (Rs. 5, 374-00 crore) out of the total Creditors’ Dues of Rs. 87, 000-00 crore. This segment of investors is now being crushed to death in addition to COVID-19 attack as they do not have any source and scope of income for livelihood; except their hard-earned small savings.
SUBMISSION:
1. These fragile FD and small Investors in DHFL do not have ANY RISK CARRYING CAPABILITY in comparison to other Creditors.
2. All other creditors are PSU Banks and HNI Debenture Holders having more risk carrying capabilities unlike those poor small FD holders
3. Since the matter is in NCLT and being handled by RBI appointed administrator, erstwhile promoter and the prospective bidders, it is uncertain when the FD/small Investors are likely to get back their investment from the company.
4. Already FD/small Investors are hard hit by non-payment of agreed interest for almost last two years on their investment.
Madam,
for this small fragment of 6.177% creditors, please take a compassionate and humane approach to liquidate their total investment as was promised and ADMITTED by DHFL at the beginning of insolvency proceedings by means of “Form CA - SUBMISSION OF CLAIM BY FINANCIAL CREDTORS IN A CLASS (Under Regulation 8A of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy (Insolvency Resolution Process for Corporate Persons) Regulations, 2016.
RETURN OF 40% OF INVESTMENT IS NOTHING BUT GIVING ALMS TO THE BEGGERS LIKE SENIOR CITIZENS.
For this impoverished group of such hapless investors, the CoC Members may please drive out the matter to the legal and other associated agencies in a bid to salvage this small segment by any means with some special or extraordinary provision just to save some dying human beings. Since the Reserve Bank of India has initiated the bankruptcy proceedings, the Central Bank may please make some way out to refund the FD investors in full at the earliest pending the NCLT proceedings. This will help us repose confidence in our national democratic institutions and the governance.
PLEASE KEEP IN MIND THE HARDSHIP FACED BY THE ENTIRE COUNTRY AND THE GOVERNMENT DOLE TO THE PEOPLE IN DIFFERENT WAYS but THIS SMALL SEGMENT OF FD/SMALL INVESTORS HAVE NO HELP FROM ANY SOURCES AND MOSTLY ARE SR/VERY SENIOR CITIZENS. I AM 68 YEARS OLD.

SBI Card
I have submitted my KYC details as sought by them even then they have deactivated my card for the last three months. There is no redressal of my grievance till date though I have complained to SBI and RBI for about 3months&1month respectively. This kind of attitude of the bank forcing us to think twice for using cashless transactions.

THE above policy surrendered on 19/10/2020 to get full amount of Rs.743000, before maturity date of 11.11.2020,
even after 3 months nothing has been done so far, and no payment received, when contacted branch they informed that the file was sent to head office and same reply is being given every time and .So far visited branch 4 times in this regard., Since Iam in need of money as advised by the branch surrendered the policy on 19.10 2020, though I will get the amount of Rs.763000on maturity date i.e 11.11.2020, I have contacted customer care 10 times, but every time they say that in 3 working days amount will be credited but nothing has been done so far. Probably this mail may help me getting the full amount, as Iam nearly 70 years old and in need of Money as a special case. Having paid the premium for 10 years and on maturity, this kind of suffering from LIC did not expected THIS KIND OF TREATMENT .I ALSO SUBMIT THAT IAM 100 PERCENT IMPAIRED VISION PATIENT AND DIABETIC SINCE PAST SEVERAL YEARS..

even after 3 months nothing has been done so far, and no payment received, when contacted branch they informed that the file was sent to head office and same reply is being given every time and .So far visited branch 4 times in this regard., Since Iam in need of money as advised by the branch surrendered the policy on 19.10 2020, though I will get the amount of Rs.763000on maturity date i.e 11.11.2020, I have contacted customer care 10 times, but every time they say that in 3 working days amount will be credited but nothing has been done so far. Probably this mail may help me getting the full amount, as Iam nearly 70 years old and in need of Money as a special case. Having paid the premium for 10 years and on maturity, this kind of suffering from LIC did not expected THIS KIND OF TREATMENT .I ALSO SUBMIT THAT IAM 100 PERCENT IMPAIRED VISION PATIENT AND DIABETIC SINCE PAST SEVERAL YEARS..

Unsatisfactory behaviour of the bank regarding fixed deposits

I, Mahasweta Banerjee have an fixed deposit account (Certificate no- 27154) in United Bank of India, newly named as Punjab National bank, keota Latbagan branch. The maturity date of my fixed deposit account was on 28.03.2021. The bank finally took the certificate for renewal, after much requests, and told us that the effective date of its renewal will be from the date it had matured, but when today, that is, 21.04.2021, I received the certificate, I found that the effective date of the certificate was done from 21.04.2021 instead of 28.03.2021. The date was delayed by 25 days. I did not receive the interest of all these days by the bank. When told, about this change, they told that the interest will be credited to my savings account, but I do not want that. I want the effective date to be from what it was supposed to be.So, I request the concerned authority to look into this matter, so that justice could be done to me and the effective date would be changed and to assure that I won't be harrased anymore.

Today I purchased a Ceilling Fan regulator from Amazon. The product has a printed MRP of Rs 146/- inclusive of GST, but amazon has billed it for RS 375/- inclusive of GST.
How ca they do this.
When I complained excess money was refunded instantly as Gift voucher.
This has happened ned second time.

Issue regarding student education loan

Dear sir/madam, the officials indian bank, ambala cantt, haryana call me to have a visit at bank regarding the education lone. They told me to arrange a guaranter which should be a govt. employee as according to bank, the cibil of my mother is not above 600. They cannot process my lone until i will not arrange a govt. employee which would be co-applicant. Dear sir/madam, my father has passed away. I have just my single mother parent. The student is unable to arrange that.
The chandigarh university has given the warning that the seat of student "aakash deep vanshal" will be cancelled due to not paying the semester fee. And the 1 year of the student got wasted or spoiled and he will has to enroll next year. This is a critical condition on the student, the university is putting enough pressure on the student to pay the fee. Please, i am requesting to process my education lone without much more conditions. I have submit all the documents on "vidyalakshmi portal" and also hard copies to the indian bank manager. The bank manager goes on a huge holiday of 3 months in order to avoid the education lone.
Dear sir/madam, please take an immidiate action with respect to this matter and do to the needful. So that the student will be able to continue his study at Chandigarh university. Which is prohibited by the university.

Insurance Co, has wrongly deducted claim amount for COVID 19 case

I have taken Health Insurance policy vide no. 221500/34/20/95/00000390 for my parents with The New India Assurance Company Limited since more than 15 years. This is the first time that we have claimed with The New India Assurance Company Limited of my father due hospitalization due to COVID 19 which claim amount is Rs. 83, 263/-.
I would like to brief you my problems as per below:
On dtd. 11th August 2020, my father was hospitalized due to COVID 19 and on 15th August 2020, he has been discharged from hospital and advise for home isolation for next 1-2 weeks. After completing necessary formalities, I have submitted all relevant documents for duly signed & stamped to MD India Health Insurance TPA Pvt Ltd. on dtd. 05th September 2020 which is authorized office of The New India Assurance Company Ltd. My father’s total claim amount is Rs. 83, 263/- out of which MD India has passed only Rs. 49, 786/- and deducted Rs. 33, 477/-. This claim amount was received to us after 2 months after vegerous follow up with MD India.
Since 21st October 2020, we are continuously sent mail to MD India to provide us details working calculation break up of claim passed amount and claim deducted amount but till date we have not received required details with MD India. Even we have called their customer care no too but there also we are not getting satisfaction response. While asking to provide us authorized person name and contact no., they were not provide their details. Till today, we have already sent 8 reminders mail alongwith regular mails to MD India, they are not listening to us. As we have not getting any details from MD India, I have sent mail to The New India Assurance Co. Ltd but they are also not responding to our mail.
Request you to pl see all below trail mail which were sent to MD India as well as The New India Assurance Co. Ltd. for your kind study purpose and for ref. pl.
After so many complaints, finally Insurance Co. has passed Rs. 10760/- & Rs. 6544/- passed and still Rs. 10, 553/- is pending. Since sending 11 reminders still Insurance Co. is not showing any interest to clear my pending claim for Rs. 10, 553/-. We have personally visited to The New India Insurance CO. Ltd. and convey them following.
Total Hospital Room charges & Nursing Charges is Rs. 3500/- per day (Rs. 2500 as Room Charges + Rs. 1000 as Nursing Charges). While considering proportionately it would comes 60.67% (Rs. 12000 *100 / Rs. 19780 = 60.67%) hence accordingly Actual Room + Nursing Charges should be Rs. 2124/- and excess amount charges is Rs. 5620/- (Rs. 1124 – Rs. 1000 (allowable) * 5 days = Rs. 5620/-) only a disallowable charges as per your policy terms & conditions but you have deducted excess amount as per actual working. According to our working, still you have short paid Rs. 10, 553/-.
After convincing the above fact, still Insurance CO. is not replying to us. As we are coming from middle class family, we need this money and also have importance of such a big amount Rs. 10, 553/- hence request you to pl look in to the matter and inform Insurance co. to clear our money.

Corruption in daily life due to high GST rates

I wish to bring to your notice about the loss of GST revenue in many retail businesses across India due to high GST rates which pinch a common person who already pays regular taxes to the government in various forms in every white transaction. I wish to bring your attention to a particular area of corruption which is sports and fitness. You will agree to the fact that sports and fitness are nor recreational or entertainment activites but more about essential healthy living practice. Currently you have levied 18% GST on all fitness centers and sports complexes, where people engage in learning and practicing various sports and fitness activities. These centers openly ask for cash payments without receipt. If you want receipt, then they issue with 18% GST. Choice is left to the person whether to pay additional 18% and claim receipt or pay in cash and save on tax for himself but indirectly promote black money generation in system. An honest tax payer who already pays tax in every transaction he does, why do you think he will pay more if there is an opportunity to avoid it?
Believe it or not, more than 90% trainees prefer to pay in cash and a oid 18% additional burden on their pocket. So what is the govt getting really? Instead of you bring down the tax rate to 2-3% and enforce digital transactions / online payment 100%, I am absolutely sure that govt will actually get more revenue than it is going to personal pockets of administration employees and politicians of relevant ministry. To confirm my complaint, you may check out secretly what is happening in Balewadi Sports complex Pune where lawn tennis training is controlled by Maharashtra Tennis association. I am sure all other sports activities may also be involved in solar practice and major fee collection is in cash which goes to personal pockets of entire corrupt chain and govt gets nothing as hardly anyone prefers to pay 18% tax to get the receipt. As such Lawn tennis is not a cheap game to afford and such exorbitant charges make it more unaffordable. No wonder we rarely produce world class players in any sport other than cricket. I would appreciate if you could look into this matter and create for friendly tax rates to 3mvourage people to pay taxes without squeezing them to death and forcing them to avoid compliance.

Non receipt of IGST on Export invoice

Dear sir,
we had made export of goods on payment of igst & accordingly filed gstr-3b & gstr-1 return for the period october 2020, however while filling gstr-1 export details in table no. 6a for export invoice no. 29/2020-21 port code inadvertently/wrongly mentioned as "inssa1" in place of "innsa1". Because of wrong mentioning of details, our export data from gstin not properly migrated to respective (correct) port & that port data on icegate website is showing message "no records found" & thus no refund of igst paid on exports has been issued.
Now, when we realised that there was some mistake made in filing of gstr-1 return & therefore in order to correct the details in subsequent gstr-1 return, while filling up details in table 9a for export invoice no.29/2020-21, an error message was displayed & showing error "you have already claimed refund against the shipping bill/ bill of export, hence you can not amend the details..."
but the fact is that we had not received any refund & how such refund can be processed with incorrect port code & in fact such wrong port code does not belong to any list of port codes & icegate portal is showing "no records found".
So we request your goodself to please allow us to amend the export bills details in subsequent gstr-1 return so as to amend/update with correct port code.
Further we had already raised the complaint to gstin & cbic mitra helpdesk, however no proper respon has been received and our issue is still pending since four months. We had also raised grivience on cpgrams portal on 01.01.2021 but till date we dont have any responce.

Sir/Madam,
Kindly help me. My complain is against HDFC bank and its pending since 1.5 years by HDFC bank.
I have complained 1000s times to HDFC bank, which is as under:

Sir/ Madam,
Kindly refer to my ombudsman Complaint No: [protected] is made in RBI.
It is humbly requested to kindly remove all extra charges of around Rs. 25, 000 pending since long on my HDFC card *** 7383 ( Rs. 5000 extra payment already done by me). Total pending extra charges showing as on date is approx Rs, 20, 000. I was your valuable customer for more than 6-7 years.
All the matters started from FY, 2019 onwards due to the fault of your bank. My initial complaints during 2019 were made for initial wrong charges of only[protected] during June-July, 2019. But now that same initial charges have become more than Rs. 25, 000.
I have waited for 1.5 years for resolution. But your bank never entertained my case properly.
Please and try to understand my humble request by reading all (each and every line) the points as mentioned below to understand the long-pending issue of extra charges ( more than Rs.20K ) on my card:
I have sent 1000s of complaints by emails/calls to HDFC customer care to your customer care/ redressal cell from the last 1.5 years for the removal of wrong/extra charges (more than Rs.20, 000) made on my HDFC credit card.
Please also see the financial year 2019-20 billing summary statement sent by your bank during this month (Dec 2020). Your bank has clearly stated that total expenditure (Purchase & debits) made during FY 2019-20 was Rs. 60, 012 and total payment done by me was Rs. 62, 156 upto March 2020. Which is Rs. 2150 extra payment was done by me during FY 2019-20.
Extra charges were made during June, 2019 onwards due to the fault of the bank. Your bank had not sent bill statements during March-May in the financial year 2019-20.
After 100s of email complaint and request by call (From May to November 2019), your bank finally sent the lapsed bill statement last month during Nov-Dec, 2019.
As I had not received the billing statement (April-May, 2019), so I had no idea how much actual amount I have to pay. Hence, approx. Rs. 7000 the payment was done by me in July 2019.
After that, from August - November, 2019, I made 100s of email complaint and call request to your bank for reversal of all wrong charges and requested for sending me a pending statement (April to May 2019) so that I could pay the actual bill.
During this period of complaint session, I always paid the minimum pending amount due from August- December 2019) because, and I waited for the resolution of my several complaints about huge wrong charges made on my card due to non-receipt of bill statement.
Finally, your bank sent me past being bill statements during Nov-Dec, 2019. Based on receipt of the pending bill statement, I calculated all wrong/extra charges amount and all actual expenditure made by me up to December 2019.
I always tried to pay the entire expenditure amount of approx.. Rs.40, 000 subject to reversal of wrong charges made due to non-recept of past month bill statements.
But your bank listened and agreed on my several complaints very delayed by Nov- December, 2019. And your bank was not agreed to a full reversal of charges, despite knowing the facts, that initial fault was made by the bank and the customer waited for resolution up to December 2019.
When your bank did not agree to my humble request in December 2019, than I stopped payment for 2 months. Then in January 2020 your bank started to continue calling me. I always replied then that I am waiting for doing complete payment from August 2019 onwards subject to reversal of wrong charges. Hence, I will pay all actual amount of approx.. 28, 000 pending during January 2019 subject to reversal of wrong charges of approx. Rs. 13, 000. (During May-Dec, 2019, every month charges were doubling, and total charges of approx. Rs. 13, 000 were made instead of the resolution of my complaint).
Your bank took my complaint, and again spent 2 months of a long time (Dec-Feb, 2019) for providing me the resolution.
During this two month time(Jan-Feb, 2019) taken by your bank for resolution my complaint, the amount of the charge of Rs. 13, 000 was again increased reached upto Rs. 18, 000.
Finally, in February 2019, your bank had accepted a bill stating that was not sent to me during April-May, 2019). Due to which, payment was pending. However, without sending the pas bill statement, sudden June-July month statement was received with extra charges previous months made in June – August 2019 statement. Your bak accepted that these initial extra charges were wrong and were made due to the fault of the bank due to the non-sending of bill statement.
Hence, all charges were wrong on the ground of initial wrong charges. Based on this, your bank agreed in February 2019 that all extra/wrong charges will be removed.
As your bank agreed in Feb 2019 that they will remove all extra charges and I have to pay the actual amount immediately.
Finally, on this ground your promise made by your bank during Feb end, 2019, I made all pending previous left payments (August to Jan 2019) of approx. Rs. 28, 000, against this amount I paid more amount (i.e. Rs. 5000 + Rs.25000+ Rs.3000 at the end of Feb 2019 after the resolution of extra charges matter). Infect I made extra payments of around Rs.[protected].
The matter was closed.
Despite all payments done by me, up to Feb- 1st week of March 2019. While lockdown started, I again started receiving false bill statements with huge extra /wrong charges of approx. Rs.13, 000.
Then I realized that your bank again cheated with me by making a false commitment of removal of all charges due to bank fault.
Now again, I started sending complaints and I sent 1000s of complaints by emails to your bank from April- Sept 2019. After the lockdown ends, your customer care became functional, then I made complaints every day by calling your customer care and by email.
From April- December 2020, I have sent more than 2000s email complaints and also 1000s of calls by calling every day to your redressal cell/customer care. But your bank always took registered complaining, but the reply of complaints was never given to me and your bank never responded me properly with any resolution. Again card was blocked, so your customer care requested me to pay the minimum amount of Rs. 3700, so that they can check the card statements and wrong bills. Accordingly, I did a minimum amount paid Rs. 3700.
Due to my continuous mental harassments done by your HDFC bank, I finally complained RBI by filing ombudsman Complaint No: [protected] in RBI.
Kindly stop sending me a false bill with the wrong charges of approx. Rs.20, 000 . (Total wrong extra charges of approx. Rs. 25, 000 as on date).
It is humbly requested to kindly remove/reverse all extra charges of around Rs. 25, 000 pending on my card ( Rs. 5000 extra payment already done by me) for the card account opening process.
Also kindly compensate me for harassing me by your bank for the last 1.5 years for not entertaining of my 1000s of complaints. Further, stop harassing me to make my life depression-free, I can't sustain more harassment of your HDFC bank.

Kindly help me. My complain is against HDFC bank and its pending since 1.5 years by HDFC bank.
I have complained 1000s times to HDFC bank, which is as under:

Sir/ Madam,
Kindly refer to my ombudsman Complaint No: [protected] is made in RBI.
It is humbly requested to kindly remove all extra charges of around Rs. 25, 000 pending since long on my HDFC card *** 7383 ( Rs. 5000 extra payment already done by me). Total pending extra charges showing as on date is approx Rs, 20, 000. I was your valuable customer for more than 6-7 years.
All the matters started from FY, 2019 onwards due to the fault of your bank. My initial complaints during 2019 were made for initial wrong charges of only[protected] during June-July, 2019. But now that same initial charges have become more than Rs. 25, 000.
I have waited for 1.5 years for resolution. But your bank never entertained my case properly.
Please and try to understand my humble request by reading all (each and every line) the points as mentioned below to understand the long-pending issue of extra charges ( more than Rs.20K ) on my card:
I have sent 1000s of complaints by emails/calls to HDFC customer care to your customer care/ redressal cell from the last 1.5 years for the removal of wrong/extra charges (more than Rs.20, 000) made on my HDFC credit card.
Please also see the financial year 2019-20 billing summary statement sent by your bank during this month (Dec 2020). Your bank has clearly stated that total expenditure (Purchase & debits) made during FY 2019-20 was Rs. 60, 012 and total payment done by me was Rs. 62, 156 upto March 2020. Which is Rs. 2150 extra payment was done by me during FY 2019-20.
Extra charges were made during June, 2019 onwards due to the fault of the bank. Your bank had not sent bill statements during March-May in the financial year 2019-20.
After 100s of email complaint and request by call (From May to November 2019), your bank finally sent the lapsed bill statement last month during Nov-Dec, 2019.
As I had not received the billing statement (April-May, 2019), so I had no idea how much actual amount I have to pay. Hence, approx. Rs. 7000 the payment was done by me in July 2019.
After that, from August - November, 2019, I made 100s of email complaint and call request to your bank for reversal of all wrong charges and requested for sending me a pending statement (April to May 2019) so that I could pay the actual bill.
During this period of complaint session, I always paid the minimum pending amount due from August- December 2019) because, and I waited for the resolution of my several complaints about huge wrong charges made on my card due to non-receipt of bill statement.
Finally, your bank sent me past being bill statements during Nov-Dec, 2019. Based on receipt of the pending bill statement, I calculated all wrong/extra charges amount and all actual expenditure made by me up to December 2019.
I always tried to pay the entire expenditure amount of approx.. Rs.40, 000 subject to reversal of wrong charges made due to non-recept of past month bill statements.
But your bank listened and agreed on my several complaints very delayed by Nov- December, 2019. And your bank was not agreed to a full reversal of charges, despite knowing the facts, that initial fault was made by the bank and the customer waited for resolution up to December 2019.
When your bank did not agree to my humble request in December 2019, than I stopped payment for 2 months. Then in January 2020 your bank started to continue calling me. I always replied then that I am waiting for doing complete payment from August 2019 onwards subject to reversal of wrong charges. Hence, I will pay all actual amount of approx.. 28, 000 pending during January 2019 subject to reversal of wrong charges of approx. Rs. 13, 000. (During May-Dec, 2019, every month charges were doubling, and total charges of approx. Rs. 13, 000 were made instead of the resolution of my complaint).
Your bank took my complaint, and again spent 2 months of a long time (Dec-Feb, 2019) for providing me the resolution.
During this two month time(Jan-Feb, 2019) taken by your bank for resolution my complaint, the amount of the charge of Rs. 13, 000 was again increased reached upto Rs. 18, 000.
Finally, in February 2019, your bank had accepted a bill stating that was not sent to me during April-May, 2019). Due to which, payment was pending. However, without sending the pas bill statement, sudden June-July month statement was received with extra charges previous months made in June – August 2019 statement. Your bak accepted that these initial extra charges were wrong and were made due to the fault of the bank due to the non-sending of bill statement.
Hence, all charges were wrong on the ground of initial wrong charges. Based on this, your bank agreed in February 2019 that all extra/wrong charges will be removed.
As your bank agreed in Feb 2019 that they will remove all extra charges and I have to pay the actual amount immediately.
Finally, on this ground your promise made by your bank during Feb end, 2019, I made all pending previous left payments (August to Jan 2019) of approx. Rs. 28, 000, against this amount I paid more amount (i.e. Rs. 5000 + Rs.25000+ Rs.3000 at the end of Feb 2019 after the resolution of extra charges matter). Infect I made extra payments of around Rs.[protected].
The matter was closed.

Foreclosure of personal loan not given effect

I called telebanking of icici in May 2019 to foreclose my personal loans but instead of giving customer service request number the person informed to deposit in the card account where EMIs are paid.
I took the EMI statement and included foreclosure charges and paid outstanding principal amounts fully.
Now even after 16 months n several complaints, bank is not adjusting the payment amount to foreclosure of personal loans.
They are repeating that since customer service request number is not taken there is no transaction of foreclosure.
I have been paying EMIs for 16 months even after foreclosure of personal loans.kindly inform icici bank to give effect to foreclosure in May 2019 and refund excess EMIs paid for 16 months with GST levies

banks are not helping to extend tenure of my personal loan

I have three personal loans from different banks. I had paid them properly till march 2020. I have some financial crisis now. Banks persons are calling me to pay emi. I requested th to extend the tenure of my loan so than emi can be reduced and i could pay my loan easily. But they are not helping me. Please help me on this.

harassment from sbi cards

I am a senior citizen with no income. I am being harassed by sbi cards as they have dumped a credit card on me with huge annual fees few months back while i never required such a premium card. I have been complaining about same to sbi regularly but no help. They are forcing me to accept this card and every month sending statement with fees and interest though i have not used the card even once. This is credit card no [protected]. You will observe eve since this card is delivered to me i have not used this card and protesting to sbi cards that i don’t need this but they are sending me statements with annual fees and interest regularly. How can they force me to take this card when i don’t want and then force me to pay for annual fees, i reiterate neither i need this card nor i am using this card hence sbi cards cannot force me to pay for annual fees. They should just cancel this card and withdraw any charges as i am not using this card. Pl help - rk paul (Senior citizen, +91 [protected])

After pass 35min. They says we are contacting m. Ali branch.in bank more then 7 staff was there and i am the only customer. I offer can i call from my cell phone they reply no.
