I called telebanking of icici in May 2019 to foreclose my personal loans but instead of giving customer service request number the person informed to deposit in the card account where EMIs are paid.
I took the EMI statement and included foreclosure charges and paid outstanding principal amounts fully.
Now even after 16 months n several complaints, bank is not adjusting the payment amount to foreclosure of personal loans.br...
