With reference to attached mail, I am writing mail to Finance ministry to take action against ICICI Bank for non standard work, Bank are deducting every month, details are given below

I have an saving account in ICICI with[protected] and registered Bajaj Home loan ECS of Rs 21, 876. I am very surprised that some ECS are presenting in bank other than Rs 21, 876 and ICICI bank is approving and deducting balance when I came to know I approached with bank by personally and calling in Apr’20 last year and they simply said that we have only one ECS of Rs 21, 876 is registered in record.
After that I do not keep balance in bank but ICICI bank is continuously deducting average 3-4 times in a month, when I did not register nach form so how can bank deduct amount. Whenever I complaint to bank through RBI & CPRGMS then they refund some amount. Every month from last year this is happening, I have to need to see when any amount deposited and need to withdraw at same time, some time I am feeling I am earning for bank not for me and bank are making foolish only.
How can bank repediately do one mistake from last year and they do not have any control in services. That’s mean if anyone to take/want money from my account then they simply present ECS in my bank and my bank is always ready to approve amount without any control
