Hello,
I have applied for change of my address in driving license on 05 oct, 2018 on online portal https://parivahan.gov.in/.
I have also completed all stages required such upload of documents and payment of fess.
My application number is [protected].
And till this date, there is nothing changes on current status tab.
I am getting "application is under processing at rto level." and "scrutiny - (Document verification)" in status window.
