I have applied for learner's licence. I am supposed to take the online test. I clicked on 'Authenticate' after filling in my application number, DOB and password. Now it's showing" Face authentication in process.."

I have been waiting for more than 2 hours, it is still the same. I can not proceed. Please resolve this issue....

I have submitted online application no. DL201029X8692386 dated 29.10.2020 and submit all the necessary documents on 03.11.2020 at ZONAL OFFICE, WEST DISTT-II, RAJOURI GARDEN Delhi.
The status of the application is still same yet to start and pending.

I need a refund of the learning driving license fee I paid as the options selected were not correct. I submitted the application form online for Learning Driving License but in the option for 'Class of Vehicle' I selected MCWG option but along with that the option for MCWOG got selected due to which the payment fees that got calculated was Rs.950.

Wb08 5657 hai jiska 5yrs ka total road tax 52685rs or 10537rs penalty or 40rs processing fee thi jiska ttl amount 63262 rs citi bank ke credit card se mai online vahan ki website par jakar payment kiya tha

I made a payment towards learning license of an amount of rs. 339.26 on 13/07/2017.
After receiving the learning license and passing of its cooling period, i had applied for the driving license on 07/12/2017 and had passed all the tests.
