Dear sir/ma'am,

I had applied for my license for the first time with application number [protected].
I made a payment towards learning license of an amount of rs. 339.26 on 13/07/2017.
After receiving the learning license and passing of its cooling period, i had applied for the driving license on 07/12/2017 and had passed all the tests.
I made a payment of rs.1066 towards the same.

I waited for almost an year for my license when my mother checked in with the sarathi executive on the phone number[protected].

On call, they said our payment was pending, even when i had made the payment already on 07/12/2017. On account of that, my mother provided them with the payment e-receipt number. The status was then corrected [on 22/11/2018] and we were told to complete the bio-metrics capture procedure at the rto.[which already was duly completed by me even earlier]

I then visited the dy. Rto vasai-virar for further inquiry. But no one co-operated saying that the official who approved my application had been transferred to another rto hence nothing can be done now and i need to re-apply from scratch.

Then i re-applied for the same under the application number [protected] and made all the payments again.
But this time i have received my license finally in april 2019.

I spent so much money and so much of my time on this procedure.

Made payments twice. Visited main rto but was not even co-operated with.
I even inquired about the payment but again, no co-operation from their side was received. And hence, as a final effort, i'm writing this mail.

I hence request you to please refund the entire amount i had paid towards the old license application procedure.[application no: [protected]]
