This is Vinod Sharma (Mob.No.[protected]) I got a call from miniwallmart.com (mobile no.[protected]) 15 Oct. 15 and they offered me their combo offer which include assured gift. as i said i ordered one branded Men's Summer Special combo (4 Cottons Shirts, 1 Casual Trouser, 1 Formal Shoes) which was rupees 5899/- including assured gift( dell inspired laptop model 3148 touch screen) . I made payment through Credit card and they were asked me they provide product and gift within 5 to 7 working days. I got product on 20 Oct 15 which them trouser was damaged. I send product return back to them. Product delivered them to 26 th Oct.15 they said we will give you right product and assured gift . I got call on 22 or 23 Oct.15and they said that you have to pay vat(Rs.7000/- Witch Rs.2500/- is refundable) for laptop which is assured gift then They will dispatch your assured gift same day but I didn’t get till now. I make payment (Rs.7000/- through Credit Card). Now they are not responding properly some time they are not pick up my phone. They are cheating me about Tow month.. I am talking to Miss sanna khan & some others. they wer told me for sending Trouser with gift. On 25th Nov.15 Mis.Sana Khan Tell about term & condition she said they will dispatch on 31 Nov quarterly basis. But last Month some one other told me your gift will Dispath on 30 Oct.any how . They are saying only tomorrow and day after tomorrow and i do not get my product and gift till now. Please tell me what to do? Please help me i have lost my totals rs.12899...please please help me. If require i have recorded all calls which i talked to them.

Updated by Vinod Vashishth today I got call from miniwallmart.com (mobile no.[protected] and [protected]) they told me about refund(mob.[protected]) Rs.2500/- and ask me my debit card detail including my three digit cvv cod & Other (mob.no.[protected])ask me for refund rs.10000/- and ask me the same debit card detail & three digit cvv code.

Updated by Vinod Vashishth Because of i complaint against miniwallmart for not sending my return product & Assured gift. 01.Nov. 15. About 11.45am i got a call from miniwallmart ( namely Dev sharma ; [protected]) and he started thearding me. He was saying how dare you to complaint against my company, i have make a fake complaint against you call our representative in late night, you cant do anything, i will see you etc.. And he said i will not send your assured gift because of you complaint against us. whatever you want can do. You cant do anything and i will send you in jail. I have so many legal adviser and advocate now you will suffer. Means he is threating me. I have recorded call which he was saying.
