However, a complaint can be automatically marked as resolved if a complainant isn't responding or updating a complaint for 30 days after the company has tried to reach the complainant.

Mint Newspaper — Payment made but Subscription of Newspaper still not renewed

I have been reading the Mint newspaper from last 2 years and renewed the service annually . I have paid the annualy subscription money on July 25th, 2022 for 1 year till 25th July 2023 . Now from 18th August, I am unbale to read subscription article on mint website . I have complain about this issue on the email support id- [protected]@livemint.com on 20th August, 2022 . Mint Newspaper — Online subscription- can't login

I have subscribed to Subscription plan : Mint Digital 1 Year with Validity from 17 Dec 2021 to 16 Dec 2022. Transaction no. is[protected]. But I haven't been able to login till date. I got no reply from them despite repeated mails....
