I have been reading the Mint newspaper from last 2 years and renewed the service annually . I have paid the annualy subscription money on July 25th, 2022 for 1 year till 25th July 2023 . I have subscribed to Subscription plan : Mint Digital 1 Year with Validity from 17 Dec 2021 to 16 Dec 2022. Transaction no. is[protected]. But I haven't been able to login till date. I got no reply from them despite repeated mails.

I had paid amount for 1 yr physical subscription of mint newspaper to your representative Mr. Bhushan 3 month back. I have yet to get coupon so not not getting newspaper. I am trying hard to connect with him but he is not responding. Newspaper vendor suggested that it's normal for Bhushan. He takes money from customer and forget. Please provide coupon for me and action against this person. He is deteriorating mint image amongst readers. Trust some action will be taken.

Repeated calls on customer care are not answered. Not able to access my subscription. Pls renew for three months from now.

On 1st April 2021, I had subscribed to 1 year plan of Live Mint amounting to INR 2949, amount is debited from my Bank account but the transaction got cancelled on server. I have not received the refund yet.

Request you to arrange for refund or activate my plan as soon as possible.

I have been regular customer of ht and dainik hindustan for decades. And always have been paying for full year or so in advance.
I have started subscription of mint news paper from jan 20th monday. However, since then every day i have been receiving new paper with less no. Of pages then that printed on first page - today recd 18 pages against 20, yesterday 18 pages against 24, day before also 18 pages against 24 and so on. Received 18 pages does not carry share prices.in fact i subscribed to mint to get share quotes. I have also handed over cheque for combo offer of mint +ht for one year.
New paper hawker says that he has been getting it like that and same is being delivered to all other subscribers also.
Pl look into it. Look forward to your reply.

I am posting my bad experience of subscribing to mint newspaper. I have paid advanced subscription to your representative (Mob.[protected]. Newspaper is not being delivered for past one week. He is also not responding to my messages. Pathetic service. I need my money back and subscription closed.

We have subscribed for mint 2 years back. However we do not have any record of the subscription as it was down by an agent by the name sravan.
Now my delivery boy says the subscription is over.
We would like to know what the period (Start date and end date) of the subscription.
What are the details required by your team to give us this information.

I have paid 1398 rs for news paper for an year on november 11th. Till now february 9th, i have received only 10 news papers. It's very sad that i have reached out to customer care around 20 times but no response. The response is very bad.. I know that even after submitting here, mint team will not respond. Customer support team is not processing refund and not providing any answers.
It's very sad to know that media who is the trust of indians is making people lose trust. The only reason for my online subscription was, its media and it's not going to cheat people.

I have paid 1400 rs for news paper for an year on november 11th. Till now february 9th, i have received only 10 news papers. It's very sad that i have reached out to customer care around 20 times but no response. The response is very bad, this online subscription site should be banned. I know that even after submitting here, mint team will not respond. They are not processing refund or they are not providing any answers. Please ban the site.
It's very bad to know that even media who is the trust of people in india is troubling the people like this.

I have made a payment of rs. 1398 for mint newspaper subscription which is a part of the ht media on december 11th. Post that i am calling their customer care every two once to get an update from them. Even today (January 22nd) i haven't received any newspaper till date. I have a applied for the subsciption for mint (Mon - sat 12 months for 1398) in jan 2018, unable to trace my coupon book. And vendor has been asking for the monthly coupon which i m unable to trace now, can a new coupon book be issued for the remaining term.

I have subscribed to you paper mint. I received a call about 4 days back at about 4 pm by a man stating the my subscription of mint is expiring. When asked when he says it is valid for another 40 days approx,

He then says that he is sending the executive to collect the cheque in the next 2 hours, please pay up. I told him i am going to the hospital as my aunt is admitted and critical so i am not available. Your man says"that he will send the executive to the hospital to collect the payment."

Do you understand the above complaint. This shows/reflects the attitude of the company and the staff.

I request you please do not call me up ever for my subscription ever. I read ht since the time i started reading the newspaper say 45 years now, the loyalty has been wasted.

I hope you will investigate and suspend the culprit from his job immediately. Do not do it for me but do it for yourself, maybe your mother is critical and the news paperwala is chasing you in hospital for his subscription.

I have subscribed for mint newspaper last month but still have not received the coupons yet. 1 month is over. Help me to get it resolved as early as possible.

Mobile no is always switched off.

Live mint paper subscription of around Rs/- 1500 was collected through a promotional sales at our office in Capgemini india, prestige shantiniketan, Bangalore, whitefiled road.

Supply of paper stopped after 2 weeks by vendor due to non availability of coupons, the Mint customer care did not send coupons to me also.

Repeated follow ups since more than a year for refund without any resolution.

Please facilitate refund of the same

I gave a cheque for annual subscription to one mr premsingh for mint newspaper. The amount was rs.1398. The coupons were wrongly delivered at someone else's house. Now staff of mint is claiming that they gave the coupons to some lady called kamala. My father is 91 years old. My mother is 84 years old. We are an ordinary middle class family. I cannot afford to forget the amount i have paid. Please help.
