Mint Newspaper — Non delivery of subscription

I was received and already gave subscription coupons to our vendor Mr. Laxman more and also told him personally but still not today he is not delivered news paper mint at my home.., so now what can I do. My money going to west which I was invested for mint...Plz. do needful as early as possible...
