First of all, i would like to thank miot for providing outstanding services to the people.
The gynaecology dept. Doctors dr saraswathy madam and dr tamilwani madam for efficient management of iugr in my pregnancy.
But i am highly unsatisfied with the ultrasound report provided by dr geetha s nair, reg. No. 102601 on 2nd january 2020.
I am suffering from iugr and my pregnancy as told by doctors is a high risk one, therefore i have been suggested to do frequent ultrasound scan for fetal growth and doppler and afi.
Till now i have received good reports contacting all the information. But the one that dr geetha s nair, reg. No. 10260, provided, did not provide sufficient information like :
1. Cervix length is not mentioned (Mine is a high-risk pregnancy, the doctor has warned that chances of preterm labour are there, and in that case regular cervix length measurement is necessary)
2. Afi was not measured closely and a range of 8-9 was provided, no quarter 1, 2.3.4 reading.
3. The right uterine sd was not measured (Reason given is not visualised.. I mean seriously??)
4. The fetal parameters like hc and bpd are missing and no estimated fetal weight has been mentioned.
I have attached the report for your kind reference.
Miot is a world-class hospital, with exceptional service, but this kind o[censored]ltrasound report shows the lazies and incompetence of some doctors which can malign the image of the hospital in a long run, if not taken care of immediately.
My next scan is due on 11th january 2020, may is please request miot to ask the doctor to please provide a good report covering all information.
It is my sincere request, please help me, i am already suffering, and do not want to suffer more.

Hi i am gautam kumar (Mrno:595229). I was asked to wait till 2:30 unless doctor will come and see me in medical gasterenologist section 1st floor miot building. I waited there for more than 4 hours to see him just the report which would consume even 2 mins but i was not allowed to meet dr manoj (Medical gasterenologist) who did my sigmoidoscopy and recommended other blood tests. He asked me to meet him after collection of all reports. This is really pathetic kind of service and worst service 😡 i have ever been experienced in hospital like miot.. I would really raise this issue on social media and other social networking platform to get the people aware about the negligence of your staffs and receptionist.. If my health will deteriorate further then who will be responsible..

I j. Prasad mr number319002 admitted in 08 07 19 complaint of pain in perianal region and further hemorrhoidectomy surgery. Dr. M. Karthik s. C note prepared me before conducting the surgery. I was informed a day before i. E in 07 07 19 to come empty stomach. Enema was not given and the main thing is they have note even cleaned / shaved the area of the surgery. How ridiculous is this. These things came to know after a few hours when i was to the rest room. I was having constipation during passing stool. I realised that enema not given and my hairy anus area not shaved. For this procedure an expenditure package of rs. 24, 375/ being paid. And the other use and throw things diet etc. Is also paid. Is this fair to do so being a senior consultant. I wished the doctor mr. Karthick in the operation theatre2 before the procedure but he never explained me or talked a single word before the procedure. Only thing he told the staffs involved in the procedure is "hurry up i have na time".

Response in this matter is most urgent or the issue will be taken serious view.

Worst place... I will not suggest anyone to come here...time waste...the process will take whole day... management is bad...the whole system of miot is worse...N believe me the cardiology department is really disappointed. .the hospital is not for middle or lower class people...my previous experience of global hospital was far better...but miot is disappointed...if they have minus star rating I would have given that...I came to the hospital at 7am today i.e, nov 21 2018 and now the time is 16:31..till now I'm at the hospital...with all my frustrations I am writing this review...Again I will not suggest public to visit this place...

The above mentioned in there respective website. However, They aren't following what they mentioned and well I personally experienced, the hospital is not worth for middle class and below. I lost my close friend because of lot of odd rules and regulations in the hospital. Its pathetic. The hospital is purely money oriented. Only the infra structure is good.

Worst hospital ever seen... Today we have admitted there for accident emergency. The attender started keep on saying for x-ray, even though I m showing my legs and hands are good. My cousin has a minor injury in her face, they started pushing us to take CT scan, x-ray, CT facial... Because of her pain we accepted other than x-ray. And they moved her to ICU where they have started treatment by just giving glucose.. and extra test which is nowhere related to injury. No oinments for injury in hands and in legs.staffs and nurses behave very rude and following their own foolish rules. Visiting hour is 3 to 5.Her mom came to hospital after a very long travel from trichy and they didn't allowed. They said only if you are wish to admit then only we provide medical assistance... Finally with un satisfication we discharge her.But bill is Rs.33000(Just for test and some injection, they didn't say any thing).Only one chief doctor is good, all others are just for fun and enjoyment- visiting the patient and reading records for future purpose(how to make money).

First off please don't trust the word International. This hospital facility is not even district level, see the pics. Second I see only training doctors fresh out of college. I haven't met one Sr.Dr atleast I didn't feel who ever I spoke is a senior doctor. Worst part the hospital staff gives an estimate of RS.95000 for 3 days treatment but the original bill is ₹25000. What an estimation calculator they have ??? Pictures will speak more. Stay away from this hospital if you can !!

Worst place to be there. Not certified doctors at all. All they charge is money for no reason. People at the reception has no manners towards how to talk and behave. For a simple fever they will put you in ICU and charge around 50k for not even 24 hours. Hospital are full of MOSQUITOES and dirty washroom every where a person might get the chance o[censored]TI infections. All the doctors are trainees and mostly non knowledgeable and inexperienced. Highly recommended to avoid

I had admitted miot, while at the time of discharge they given (Vijayan is the billing person) total amount rs.123808/- i have forwarded the same to my insurance person. This said amount included non-medical items. The approved amount transferred to hospital from my insurance person rs. 123508/- balance i suppose to pay only 500/- but that vijayan after received full payment from insurance again he, himself created a new bill and asked to pay rs.6, 700/- (My food item mentioned in this bill) but this same food item mentioned in previous bill and and got claim from insurance and again trying to cheat me. Doctor told me to discharge morning 9 am but this bill problem going till 7 pm. Finally i paid rs.6, 700/-. This is the way the billing was doing in miot. Please people be careful if they give bill you take photocopy immediately and forward to insurance or otherwise they will create another bill within a minutes and not allow us to see the first bill. I am 100% sure he claimed twice the same amount from me and my insurance person also. Fraudulent service. Bill dated 13th dec'18.

We took our mother for a stomach pain and immediately they asked us to pay the admission fee. After payment, they took all ct scan, x-ray, blood test, urine test everything and they asked us to leave the hospital without telling any status and they didn't allow us to see my mother too.

The very next day we went to the hospital and we were waiting for such a long time there is no proper response from not even a single person. After that, they asked us to meet the surgeon and we met him he clearly told us that nothing is an issue its just a gastric problem and he informed us that your mother will be discharged today.

After that, we were not allowed to meet our mom and another person who is not a doctor he is a kind of middlemen told us that your mother needs to be in the observation for 1 day. We were like in shock without having any issues why should my mother suppose to be in icu under observation and immediately that person gave us a bill for an amount of rs. 85, 000/- which is another shock we came across.

After experiencing these shocks and we saw our mother who has lost all her energy and health. As soon as she came outside the icu the pain herself and we felt is unbearable she said that she is not at all treated properly and there is a lot of mosquitos inside the icu it seems.

Finally, we fought a lot to get the discharge summary and bill clearance.

So please please please don't ever go to that hospital even if you are sick. If you go there you will become sicker than before.

It is much painful and nightmare experience to the attenders of the patients admitted in icu ward in first floor. The securities are rude ianc denying permission even to the ground floor corridor and wait there, despite showing the pass. Some of the attenders are moving in and out freely without any difficulties even without passes.

Miverover no attenders are allowed to sit even in the corridor in the night, forcing them to evacuate the corridor, hence are forced to stay in nearby hotels.

Heavy disrespect to humanity to the attenders who are already tired and worried about the state of the patients. Please do something to take out the hardship caused and think in lines of the worried humans and arrange someway of accomodating atleast one attender for one patient to know the status of the patients and update relatives and friends.

Hope such a huge hospital like miot will probe and help hands in this issue at the earliest.

Instead of healing the patient, this hospital workers such as nurses and doctors are making the patient to walk and take all the test by himself. There is no hospitality in this hospital. We've been struggling for two days but didn't admit it yet. Please take an action and make a change soon. We came from tanjore echs polyclinic for a surgery but this hospital hasn't admit the patient yet. We don't have any relation in chennai for further staying but it's already two days ahead we've spent lot of money just staying in a lodge. The patient is struggling with the pain but this workers from the hospital are so rude to us and make g the patient to do all of his tests by the patient himself. We need justice. Please take an action and make a change

We are coming two times in this hospital. The staff of gynaecology come very late.. The system is checkup is very lazy. Staff are walking where there un-necessary. Our full day waste.. And language problem.. They told us talk in english.. But we know only hindi. So nobody hindi staff is there wo understood our problems. Checkup system is very poor.

We reached neurology block at 2 pm, father undergone cabg recently. We came for review to show dr. Chitlambaram neurologist. The reception staff ms. Kokila behaved stupidly and said no opd on monday. Then she writes 4 people name after us for opd.in spite of requesting 10 times that please send my father soon to see doctor as he has recetly undergone surgery she miss behaves and lacks responsibility. She made us wait 3 hours. We requested to send soon but she is badly behaved. Her behaviour was rude. My father colonel in army is ill treated like this. I want to bring this tp your notice and i am ready to complaint against this staff at any level. Take action against such staff

My mother admitted on 16th dec saturday has inpatient for surgery. Sunday lunch (Meals) provided for my mother around 12.30pm in that meals potato dish was in decomped stage and informed to that supplier. But no response and rudely behaved (Shuttered that lunch box hardly) and said complaint to supervisor. That decomposed food not changed and no one came for solve this issues yet.
The food what they are supplying is not eatable for normal person itself but your hospital providing this for patient.
Regarding this issue i made a call and connected to the food incharge and told dietician will come ask your query. But no one came yet regarding this issues.

I was taken to miot cardiac emergency as my bp had shot upto 225/121 by my daughter at about 9 pm on 4th jan 2017.
On my arrival i was attended and my bp and ecg was taken. My blood sample was taken and to my surprise my daughter was asked to take the sample to the lab herself. It reminded me of a govt hospital (They have improved a lot now).
She struggled to find her way and by the time she reached, the blood had clotted. The blood sample was re-taken. To my horror the injection wound was not covered by any plaster and was left open.
Adding to all this, my daughter was sent to buy an emergency medicine the price of which was rs 2 only. She had to search and search as it was located on the other side of the building.
I have been visiting your hospital for the last 10 years and this incident has forced me to put some searching question
1) is the emergency manned by sufficiently trained medical staff?
2) whether the patient's only attendant should be sent out for giving blood sample and buying medicine?
3) whether the hospital does not keep the emergency medicines at the cardiac emergency center?
4) whether it is worth going there and paying a large sum for such awful service?
5) whether the patient was not made vulnerable, medically by the delay it caused?
The purpose of this complaint is to ensure that no patient goes through this ordeal and the hospital authorities must make an internal inquiry regarding the staff manning the cardiac emergency center on the 4th of jan 2017 (9pm) and take suitable action.

F you wanna join in an army work in miot but you are not a soldier your a army slave dog!

If you want to spend your saving or black money get a treatment in miot they will do any kind of treatment to loot your whole money.!

No humanity. Giving preference to rich people. Not at all thinking about staffs. They r giving punishment for unwanted reasons. Not at all giving respect to staff nurses. House keeping supervisors are thinking they r the head of nurses.

Ork preasure, working for 9 long hours is too diffcult, apart from work nothing is there for a employer

No pros and not willing to one star also, but this web doesn't accept.

Salary will be not credited on time.

Fine, penalty for silly reasons without any intimation

No respect from higher level persons

Hr peoples are only fro recruiting not for supporting the staffs they are powerless

Management not have clear idea about whats happening to the staffs

My mom was admitted last week in cardiac department and she and myself are frustrated with experience in hospital
1. Nurse and doctors amd staff don't have proper communication. Instructions provided by them is varying a lot.
2.Attenders are being treated like slaves and are not allowed to see patient and not given any status on patients health.
3. Mom was admitted a night to recover from pain and we were asked to leave...

My uncle visited MIOT INTERNATIONAL hospital on[protected]saturday) for check up with Dr.Ravichandran who is a specialist in Nephrologist, he checked the patient around the given appointment time and told to do some tests for the patient as we did the test, the reports were to come within 30mins, but they took much more time than they promised us to wait, and at last they are informing us by saying their servers are down and that caused the patient to wait and waste their time . And i would like to say that their service is very pathetic and slow . they promise something and they dont live upto their words.
I highly Recommend to not to Visit this hospital.

I am filing this complaint with deep Grief,Pain & gallon of tears in my eyes.Also intention of preventing others become a victim as we had and take stringent & stern action against MIOT HOSPITAL AND ITS DOCTORS which is located at Chennai.Also to make sure that they are not repeating their mistakes.

I am S.Thennarasu from Tamilnadu.My Nephew(Mr.S.Arvindan 18 yrs old student) who was very kind & dynamic boy lived normal life as other boy.Once we took him for medical check up at MIOT Hospital there doctors said he is having extra muscle in his heart better if it is removed.otherwise,it may create problem at the time of his marriage.Also said there is no threaten for his life because of this operation.Considering his future and hoping doctor's word we agreed to do the operation.Therefore we hospitalized him on 27th May2010 in MIOT Hospital at Manapakkam,Chennai for doing Heart
surgery.They did operation on 1st June2010.Since then he was not waken up and lying unconscious.when we asked doctors about his condition.They said due to anaesthesia he is lying unconscious tomorrow he will get wakefulness.Also they are not allowed us to see our son for 2 days since operation.Different doctors were telling different reason for his unconscious.so we had a doubt that there is something happening wrong.we therefore decided to call up our family doctor to come & check his condition.Initially they are not allowed our my family doctor to go inside the hospital.But after some argument they allowed in.As soon as our family doctor checked his condition he declared that he is died 4 days before it seems, which means operation day itself.They are simply doing drama by putting artificial respiratory system to cheat you also to get remaining money from you& hide their
negligence & mistakes they have done during operation.so we became extremely angry and anxious we therefore decided to lodge a complaint at respective police station about hospital.since they were refusing to take up our complaint we went to meet Chennai police commissioner.he arranged a meeting with hospital MD Dr.Mohandass.In that meeting our family doctor questioned them "how brain dead could happen during heart surgery?" you doctors caused him brain dead due to negligence,inattention,inexperience&improper treatment,followup.After long debate they admitted their
mistakes saying that brain dead happened yesterday only.we will try our best.But Our family doctor again questioned them how you can continue your treatment after knowing brain is dead how it is possible medically? then they became quiet & casually told,you know,in medical field mistakes are very common.you have to accept whatever result comes.we are totally upset,shock and furious by the way they replied to us.They are not treating poor people's life is so important and precious.Since we started protest against hospital demanding take a action against hospital & doctors,The police agreed to file a FIR against hospital.Then they sent body to respective hospital
for doing postmortem.The postmortem which was done on 15th June2010.This news has been published all news paper and media even in NDTV.we also sent petition to all concern people and council.But No action being taken till date.We have not yet received any report from them.They are still delaying postmortem report to give us.we are suspecting that something is going wrong.Since Hospital MD.Dr.Mohandas who is a rich and well known to all the doctors in Chennai he can influence the doctors who are all done postmortem & ask them to give fake report.Hence,I kindly request consumer court president to interfere this matter and get justice for poor people like us.

What is the guarantee that they(Doctors) will not repeat the same mistake and continue their killings? It is not only happening in Chennai also happening across country.In India Many peoples are dying due to doctor's mistakes & negligence.Many such cases are going unnoticed due to people lost hope in Indian's judicial system and thinking that we can't fight against rich peoples.I request Honorable health minister to enact strict laws against doctor's mistakes negligence and stop killing poor people's life by doctor's negligence.
