The surgery doctor Mr Iyer is very nice. He is the best surgeon. But the post op is worst. The pediatric cardiology dept head Mrs Iyer she is very rude, don't know how to talk to people, such an arrogant lady. After the surgery and once the child came out of the icu they don't even bother to see the patients. Mrs Iyer comes for round once daily and didn't even talk about the concern of child. And just comment on mother's hair, nails etc. And when I counter her, she ask to come straight after 9 or 12th month. No routine check up for my 5 month old child after the removal of stitches and when i talk to other patient they told me that they ask them to come after 2 3 days for routine check up.
Even the rooms are dirty, no management, washrooms were stinking, 5 Patients with one attendent each were sharing one room. Unhygienic.
They Told me that if patient feel uneasy or something just visit nearby pediatric. She was having stomach issue I called miss Poonam she said it is nothing to relate with the surgery and visit peditition nearby to your house. Complete negligence. Added video of room and the last prescription.

Miss/mrs Rehka. The guard posted at the CICU behaved extremely rude tone in front of heart patient who was admitted to CICU due to recent heart attack.

Although she was doing her duty to inform patients but she completely ignored the intensity of place and moment and rudely behaved infront of the heart patient due to which he was discomforted in CICU which is a grave mistake !

There is no proper registration system for ews patients. Patients come from 4am and get registered on 11 am. And if doctors prescribe few tests the receptionist dont do the biling saying come next day and do the same procedure again. It wastes so much time of the attendants as well as of patient and the staff behaves rudely with patients knowing the condition and their suffering.

Dr. S.N.Khanna, cardiologist of your esteemed hospital is not attend the patient even after giving appointment and harasses as well. Patient waits for his number in que since 1 pm, but the doctor come after 3 pm. After that the doctor leave his chamber without attending all patients who wait outside his chamber for a long time. It is very hactic and painful for the patients as well as for their attendants.

On 25th jan 2023 my mother was admitted in your hospital we were given a package of 85000 thousands for laparoscopy cyl surgery for 2 day the surgeon was very good but on the day of decharge the process was very slow Dr has already said to the staff to release the patient because our bill was totally clear they took hrs of time and then the girl who gave us the package said u have to pay more amount then only u will get decharge the amount of 7904 rupees and she was not accepting her mistake they not informed us any thing we were clear in bill but then aslo she was saying nhi apko emergency pay investigation charges pay karne honge and my question was only that when my family was sitting out side the ot room after operation u should inform us that this was issue u have to pay and already we have mentioned patient has high bp problem.and on admission day she told no worry no extra charges will taken every thing is involved in package and they did such bad seen my mother is also a medical staff in Mumbai hospital but we need good treatment that why we came we paid totally cash we don't have any medi claim but such behavior of that lady staff was not good the patient was mentally stress while decharge(27 jan 2023)the staff name was shweta roy

There is no appointment management here, favourism/ jack getting priority by doctor itself, even after taking proper appointment people kept waiting for 2-3 hrs, no sister or attendent present at doctor's day to assist

I brought my papa for an angiography test on 11/07/2022. But since it was not found good there. I took my papa back. I made the payment of 18000/- via CITI bank debit card. We canceled the test. The IPD fellow (Rupesh) told me that this amount will be directly transferred to your bank account within 5-7 working days. Since Wednesday (27/07/2022), I have been trying to connect with them so that I can ask them about their status. Once I got connected with Rupesh that day he told me that he will call me within an hour. He didn't. Today again I tried 7 times. They were transferring my call but this fellow didn't pick up my call. Instead of him, there was a lady (don't know her name). She picked in my third attempt and said that he is having his lunch. I said that I called 45 mins back and that time again you said the same. Then she started saying hello! hello! hello! and disconnected my call. I tried again then after seeing my number she disconnected. I don't understand what kind of service fortis is giving! I don't want to listen to anything, I just want my money back. This hospital is pathetic, giving mental stress.

I was frustrated with Dr KK Mishra orthopedic, every time he was late as per OPD time approx 2-3 hours l, als his staffs telling a lie that he just came and came, between this the all the patient with his family mates suffered too much loosing time and patience waiting in his pain, after telling about this every time excuses he saye he is in OT even after 12-1PM, If it too busy so management have to schedule his time after OT or appoint another Dr. This should be notice plz

The attitude of the staff is not appropriate.When a person is paying a huge amount, it is fine but in case you come under TPA or CGHS their attitude will change . They are least bothered about the patient or the attendants. You have to keep a check on patient's health and if there's some issue, you have to keep calling them just like any civil hospital where patient's health is at stake.

I would like to brief you on the demise of my mother, POONAM SRIVASTAVA, due to a doctor's negligence in Fortis Escorts Heart Institute, Okhla Road, under Dr. Z S Meharwal.
The first time, My mother had been through the replacement of a mitral valve in the year: 2010 and was successfully discharged from the hospital in the year: 2010. As per the doctor's suggestion, we kept visiting the hospital for regular check-ups. Furthermore, she took PT-INR tests in her hometown on regular basis. We called on the hospital number and tell the PT-INR report and as per the I.N.R. ratio, the on-duty doctor suggests us the mg dosage of medicine: ACITROM.

Please look into this and update us, as we are unsatisfied with the doctor's response, due to their negligence my mother is no more with us, and looking for action on the below points:
1. On 11th April 2022, the doctor found the ACITROM dosage, which was suggested by another doctor ( contact number: [protected] ) wasn't correct as per the I.N.R ratio. This means on the 17th or 18th January 2022 Evening, an on-duty doctor at the contact number: [protected], suggested us the wrong dosage. Due to the doctor providing us with the wrong information, blood thickness increased and lead to blockage in the mitral valve.
2. We are still looking at what happened between 21st April 2022 Afternoon and 21st April 2022 Evening, which resulted in the improvement downgrading to zero.

We were vary proud that we are showing our Baby to Fortis Ecsorts, but now regrets that we should have gone to Banglore for Treatment due to some of the Doctors behaviour and not making clear to Patients family for treatment and it's review

I was checking for estimate of heart operation but concerned was very rude and not up to the mark as I was expected. Unprofessional behaviour. I was not expected this. Dear Sir/Madam,
I being a CGHS beneficiary where I was referred to Fortis Hospital for the treatment. On 10/02/2022 I got examined by of the Doctors viz, Dr. Shallu Kakkar and it was advised to go for surgery on the basis of diagnosis. The said doctor advised for counselor and Anesthetist on the same day. I again deposited fee for the sevices of anesthetist and was examined by the said doctor. Again I was asked to meet the counselor. The counselor repeated the same process which was earlier repeated by anesthetist and the Júnior doctor itself.
Earlier The Doctor had advised to come at 7.00 hours in the morning after completion of formalities. on the same day I was in receipt of phone call from the counselor who in turn said that come at 9.00 hours. On 11the of the same month 2022. I alongwith my spouse rushed to the hospital premises and after depositing fee which was over charged against the package by the counselor I was shifted to labour room. I had not taken even water as I was told to come empty stomach. Now I was waiting for my turn to get the surgery completed by the experts. To my surprise I was not moved from the bed till my husband had to ask the authorities for discharging of the patient from the hospital. After the episode Dr. shallu said that our Operation theatre is over busy and by 19.00 hours we will be able to move the patient to OT. Again after the persuasion of my husband the doctor was ready to shift me at 17.00 hours where the formalities were fulfilled. It was 23.40 hours after the persuasion of my husband with the coordinating staff i was discharged so that I could move to my residence. In the last the same humiliation was done by the billing clerk for final settlement of dues.
This whole process of the hospital has put me as well as my husband who is approaching 60 to great humiliation and mental agony. If the hospital was not having vacancy in the OT then why I was called on the same day, what was the purpose of calling me at sharp 7.00 hours. If I was retained upto 23.40 hours why food was not served to me. Why excess amount as advance was charged from me. In the package it was said that the payment has been made for General Ward and the patient will be shifted to ward after surgery. I was again shifted to Labour room after operation. Why the Package does not mention the charges as bifurcated.
I want to know why I should not move to consumer Court for justice as the bill is incomplete and for the irregularities on the part of hospital, which is one of the reputed hospitals. When all the formalities had been fulfilled by the junior doctor then why I was pressed to consult anesthetist and counselor. Why I was pressed to go for antigen test for me and my spouse, and if it was very important then how I was treated in OT without it.
