Due to illegal construction of 2 floors and 3rd in progress in our bldg, by our land owners, Cracks have appeared on beam, and pillars of my flat, due to the load on construction, I had earlier informed the land owners about this cracks on the beam and pillars but of no avail. and continued the construction, now the Cracks on d beam, and pillars have widened which is dangerous for stability of the Bldg and a mishap can occur anytime There are 10(flats) families residing in the Bldg, I here by request the Competent Authority to look in to this issue most urgently and take necessary action ASAP.
