On 28th September 2024, water supply to Ganesh deval nagar was contaminated. The color of water was black and a bad smell was coming out of it. Due to this reason people are facing water problems. They don't have water to drink, cook and other works.

Dilapidated old building in Fakhri colony, church road, Bhayander West, thane 401101. Over 50 years and above old buildings and the Mira Bhayander mahanagar pallika is not taking any action against the same. No AGM meetyis doing and no audit report is given by the society. The society members are using the money for personal use and no audit report is givinen to residents. The mahanagar pallika commissioner is also not taking any action regarding the same.

There is a vendor near Raju Industrial Estate, Penkarpada Road, Mira Road - 401107 by the name of Mr. Amarnath Bidhechand Gupta, his cell phone number is [protected] who sells illegally bad quality snacks like Samosa pav, Vada pav and Jalebi. He is very abusive and always using foul language. He has all kind of truck drivers, auto rickshaw drivers, labors and other low class people stopping by at his hawker.
He doesn't follow cleanliness and also is found using bad quality of oil and other ingredients to make his food which is bad for the health which can cause various types of diseases. His UPI app also doesn't work many times and he keeps on complaining that the money hasn't got credited to his account due to which he keeps on arguing with the public and creates havoc. Such kind of vendors should not be allowed near any official, industrial or residential premises as its unsafe for the local people staying in that area.

The road connecting Poonam Garden and Gcc Club road has been under construction for almost a year. The public has been tolerating the snail speed work and excess traffic on the narrow Road due to this construction. Now that the construction is over., the contractor or whoever concerned has decided to leave patchwork o[censored]nmade Road throughout the stretch, creating bigger potholes, inconvenience for pedestrians to walk on (especially senior citizens) and lots and lots of dust. it is just unimaginable as to why somebody would make the whole road, but leave these patches for days and months no one visiting to check whether it should be repaired. There is a patch opposite Unique Aurum another one at the intersection to Gcc Club abroad and many more. If you visit this lane, you will know exactly what I’m talking about. Please please have someone inspect this contractors, work and complete this shabby and incompetent piece of work at the earliest. Thank you.

Indralok Phase - 4 is an area in Bhayander, Mumbai, Maharashtra - PIN 401105. There are many iron grill fabrication shops in this area. These shops use public road for their jobs and produce welding noise whole day. This welding noise is quite disturbing in residential areas.

Kindly help govern this misuse of public road and high noise levels.

This is to inform you that we have unathorised 3-4 Stone Cutters inline who keep on cuttimg stones as making noise pollution in major way more than any Industrial Area, where us our area is pure Residential Area Named Indralok Phase- 4, Near Indralok police Chowky.
Apparently we all o[censored]s are facing severe irritating loud stone cuttong machine noise from all 3 sides of our Building & even to all other near by buildings in this areas. Its a major problems for all the ill health senior citizens to bear this kind of noise whole day from morning 6.30 till late nights.
Please take some actions on them.
I am attaching a video clip taken on mobile from our building balcony where too its recorded with so much of stone cutting noise so you can imagine what it is like.

Dear Sir,

This is in repect of, we have 3 unauthorised stone cutters creating non-stop stone cutting noise in a residential area of Indralok Phase- 4, Near Indralok Police Chowky due to which we residents of near by buildings are facing severe health issues specially to all senior citizens residing with some illness & also effecting students with very disturbing & irritating Noise.
Its a request to please take action against them & get some solution on this.

1) We are residing in DB ozone near Thakur mall.

2) The full stretch of Service Road outside Thakur Mall was dug up in March 2023 by Adani/ Mahanagar.

3) Work finished long back and road repair still pending by concern authority..

4) Funny part is- road outside Lata Mangeshkar Auditorium is done because politicians come there for meet.

5) Sad part is - we common people are suffering as stones are just spead near our gate and lots of vehcile/ children / elders facing problem.

6) Kind request the authorities to complete it a.s.a.p as we are walking on stones since 3 months. Or we need to tweet to higher authorities.

The full stretch of Service Road outside Thakur Mall & Thakur mall was dug up by Adani and Mahanagar in March 2023. After the work, the road is not yet done. They just put sand on the dug area. Only the road outside Lata Mangeshkar Auditorium was done. Remaining the road is still bad. After the rains have started, the sand has worn out and big stones are seen. Kids, elderly are crossing the road. The cars are also getting affected. Please look into the same and arrange for the road to be repaired on priority.

Hi this complaint is about the shop tenants creating a dirty environment below the society. I stay in ravi chintan chs, gaurav sankalp phase 1, hatkesh, gcc club road, near shanti vidhya nagri, mira road east. All the society residents have passed certain guidelines to all the shop owners for cleanliness and cutting short there permanent metal shades to 4 feet from current 12 feet as per mbmc guidelines. As the space outside is being used by the tenants in that 12 feet area such as whole hotel kitchen is been made outside, grill work been carried out and creates a continuous noise pollution, tenants have put sub-tenants in front of their shops like pan wala because of whom all the chainsmokers come and creates a nuisance 3 4 times in every week and speaks a vulgar language, hotel spices tadka comes up till 5th and 6th floor continously from 4 pm to 12am and its very hectic to breathe as there are some asthmatic patients in the society and me myself is allergic to asthma. There have been repeatedly told to stop all this since 6 montha but still their is no outcome we had also submitted piror written complaint to mbmc for permanent metal shades as that is the main reason all this activity are happening outside the shop tenants they came and broke it once but the second day everything was up again some build the metal permanent shades again pan wala was again out hotel came out again and it started all again please give us the permanent solution its a humble request.
Please do the needful.

I own a flat in a 4 storey apartment in Bhayander west, its on 4th floor and on top the terrace is in terrible condition due to which I face leakage problems every year during rainy season I approached the chairman however from 3 years they denied to do the maintenance work, and when I asked about the below records they refused

. Refusal to produce account books and registers for inspection/ tampering or destruction of records
Incomplete or falsified maintenance records
Failure to prepare audit reports/ audit rectification reports/ annual reports
Corruption and misappropriation of funds
Investing funds without prior approval of members
Failure to conduct annual, special or general body meetings wilfully
Failure to file returns, statements or mismanagement of bank records/documents

There is limited water supply in our building we are not getting proper water our next building is getting regular water supply but we are not getting i am trouble from since 7 days strictly look it imediately

From more than 10 months we are trying to resolve the problem of nuisance and garbage created by our neighbours and when we raise this topic in society meeting (which is conducted after 5 months, when we given letter to society committee) the society committee is not bringing any solution. We are also having proofs. Please make permanent solution

We stay at Azad Nagar area at Bhayandar east, . We have few industry near by. Most of them are unauthorised and they create huge sound continuously throughout the day and also sometime in night. They does all their work outside their shop making the noice unbearable . Pease do something.

Cutting of tree branches because of this proper lights are not coming on road for that residence have to suffer more problem.

I am writing the complaint regarding redevelopment plan for Fakhri colony, church road, Bhayandar west, thane 401101. Near mahanagar pallika office.

The buildings in Fakhri colony are 50 years old and the life of the building is over. There are cracks on beams and columns of building and many ceiling are falling in the flats which is a danger of life. The contractors who come also say that the building life is over any society should apply for redevelopment. So my humble ret is kindly send your officer to come and check the site and increase the fsi so that we can apply for redevelopment

The construction and loading of materials at JP North Garden city in Vinay Nagar is carried out before and beyond their working limit.

For last 5 days we can not stay in the home because of the horrible unbearable sound of stone cutting near to our residence. Our day to day work is getting extremely affected due to this, sound pollution level is grossly violated the stipulated level. MBMC office is in the vicinity...we don't know where to approach to register complaint to get the appropriate resolution! We want to get respite from this...

I reside in Shree Shashwat Co-op Hsg Society, Near Pleasant Park and there is some space in front of our building with Trees and enroots . Now I think the owner of this place is started cutting these plants for construction purposes. My only request is to plant new trees around for the number of trees cut by them.

Please look into this.

Bungalow number 2 in Sanghvi Empire, Naya Nagar, plays loud music every day during night time till 2 AM.

I am in 10th std and it's very difficult for me to study, whoever tells them to lower the volume they start fighting.

There is a chawl on the the side of govind nagar building people on the ground floor are spitting their cold cough n throwing it in the compound bof govind nagar c/b wing ground floor side also they are throwing all garbage n waste and passing urinary of their kids in the compound.request you to take action against the people living in the chawl on the ground floor as covid is spreading across n there are senior citizens also living.

Bike parking -Monthly pass is stopped by the local municipality contractor .
Daily charges are more and in order to get maximum money from the common man purposefully the monthly pass for the vehicle parking facility is closed . There is syndicate between the contractor and municipality official.
please don't rob the common man .
please take necessary actions against these practices .

MBMC parking - Contractor doesn't give the monthly pass to the bike commuters . They are forcing the daily commuters to opt regular pay receipt so that they can earn more money .Double amount of monthly pass is looted by these peoples. MBMC should take action against these people

In penkarpada datta mandir very loud music and songs are played. This is happening since last 3 days now.. on Saturday morning the loudspeaker songs started at 5am and ended by 12 am next day. Again since that day the loudspeaker started since afternoon and still goin on so loudly.. my children could not sleep. Please take action immediately

Since last 2 weeks street lights not working..no one turned up to address it.. The road is very dark and scary at late night.

In Kshan Leela Bldg., Pleasant Park, Kashi Mira Road, without parking area gariages are working. Gariage shops, MOTOR Training School, not having parking area to park their customers vehicles. They are parking their vehicles infront of gate of the building and infront of our office. We are not getting way to go and come and they are blocking road.

How the MBMC gave the permission to open gariages and motor training school without parking area and working area.

Please help . Otherwise there is chance to accident.

I am Adv.Jissy Vijay Bahadur Yadav from Shop no.1, Shree Krishna Building A Wing, Pleasant park, Kashi Mira Road, Mira Road (E).

In the Shree Krishna Leela Building A wing gate, GARBAGE LORRY is not coming daily. Garbage lorry will come once in 2/3 days.

If they come once in 2/3 days only half will take and half will leave. No sweepers I can't see here.

This is the time of corona and every where should be clean. But here no cleaning . And garbage lorry also not comimg daily to take waste.

Here it is very difficult to sit because of bad smelling and mosquittos.

pls take any action.
