There are thousands of illegal hawkers sitting beside every roads of mira bhayankar city but mbmc is not taking any legal action on this illegal hawkers
Illegal encroachment are done by shop owners, garage, hotels, even corporaters are grabbing reserved open land example mira road near ayyapa mandir bjp corporator anil virani grabbed reserved land in the name of bappa sitaram mandir and there he built-up lodging hotel and other illegal construction and he gives this hotel and lodging on rent when mbmc is going to take strict legal action on such kind of illegal encroachments also all political party offices are built up illegaly some are in middle of road some offices are in open space beside roads etc . Etc. Many social workers have given complaints in written then also mbmc officers are not taking any legal action on this illegal encroachments
I request you to please take strict legal action on this illegal hawkers and illegal encroachments thank you .
