I am writing the complaint regarding redevelopment plan for Fakhri colony, church road, Bhayandar west, thane 401101. Near mahanagar pallika office.
The buildings in Fakhri colony are 50 years old and the life of the building is over. There are cracks on beams and columns of building and many ceiling are falling in the flats which is a danger of life. The contractors who come also say that the building life is over any society should apply for redevelopment. So my humble ret is kindly send your officer to come and check the site and increase the fsi so that we can apply for redevelopment Was this information helpful? |
