[Resolved]  Miracas.com — Item not shipped even after 11 days of ordering, No response from customer care

The Miracas.com website says their ‘Headquarters’ are in Pune, but there are no physical or postal address / contact details on their website, except to say they are located in ‘Hong Kong’.

The website register is ‘Privacy Protected’, so you cannot see the name / address or email of who owns the website.

The website is only registered for two years, from 23 Jan 2012, until 23 Jan 2014. Given their website says they don’t believe in bricks and mortar sites, a genuine business would register their website for much longer.

Because of the lack of information on the website, you do not know who it is you are really dealing with, and who or how you get in contact (except by email), when you have an issue.

The person name below & business address (which is the same as Miracas) was found recruiting for a ‘customer care’ officer on a website, so you could try ringing the number below, although I expect you won’t get any help from that person either, but at least this is an alternate phone number:

one off the worst online shopping website. All are who s in customer care. I ordered on 12th feb but now 2nd may till they telling that shipment not received i dint know when i get may be after my death they delivered in to my son.
