I'd placed Order on Jan1st 2018 (Order #152510). Item supposed to be delivered on Jan 17th but it says "Your order is undergoing Custom Clearance in New Delhi." I tried reaching out customer care (via Email / phone) but no response. Pathetic service from you guys and this is not at all fare. Hence I'm requesting you guys to either deliver the item OR refund my amount into my account. Other wise I will lodge a compliant against you as well as Paytm (because it is the payment gateway that supports fraud web sites like yours).
