Miracas International — Product not delivered and they are showing fake extension of time | |||||
I had placed my order on 13th feb, 17 for a blazer. It was supposed to be delivered to me by 1st march, 17. On 1st march, it started showing that the delivery has been delayed due to custom clearance in delhi and will take max of 2-5 days. It has been more than 2 weeks but don't know for them when their 2-5 days will be over. The customer care number provided is also fake. I have been trying since then and tried for more than 100 times, still unable to get in contact. I need them to cancel the order and i need full refund of my product to my bank account not in their wallet. Else i will have to take other steps against the company and will have to file a case against the company. Like others even mine product status is showing as under customs in Delhi.
There is a customer care no which will be never answered, a mail id which is not operational.
And it's a fraud company & we all have been trapped.
