I started my career with this fraud company and after 1 month when my salary does not come i asked hr and my seniors they denied to say anything.

Me belong to a small family very not good from the income side we work for salary and we think we deserve a salary after 1 month. But this company did not give me my salary, 1 month 2 month and 5 month gone, 1 get only 2 month salary that is it total wrong. Senior sitting enjoying and eating, but we who start career getting total negative energy and now i want to write and speak out so. No one of any one get caught in this fraud company

Do not join this fraud company with as ur start up campany otherwise u will get zero in hand and experinrce also zero.

I worked hard
I give my more than 2 year
I was loyal to my work
But miric biotech did not paid my salary of last 4 month.

They even denied to pay the amount.
I totally fed up and discontiue the job from miric biotech.

cheater - Satish, And 2 or there more people who do chamcha giri to him.

I totally got angry to see them, what else people writed
all are right and nothing is fake.

this is total bogus company, where ask for lac of amount to get your less in count of salary. totally fraud

This company changed there name more than 4 times to sell their fake products in the market.

They targeting local people to sell there fake product and earn good handsome money in favor.

Bogus company with fake documents surviving in the market.

And this will never be changed because it is banned company to sell any product but hiding behind the different name to sell the product.

Who called me for a job don't know anything proper about the product,
Senior people who talked to me after hr call, they give me an offer very very good handsome commission and salary.

When asked proper information of the product they denied and say just sell and earn dont ask what we are selling.

Then do not join, you will not get your salary at any cost

No senior staff

They changed more than 3 times their company name but did not changed there wrong deeds

There product also waste of money no one i think till date try it or think to buy it

I worked there for more than 1 year and they give salary after i cry at from of them every month, and last they did not give me the salary and but give me assurance you will sure get, totally worked continuously 5 months i lost myself and my respect and i left the company.

This company does not give a salary
They do not have money for employees.
They just eat drink and enjoy and very good in giving assurance to employees.

If you do not want to work as a slave then do not join this worst company.

Miric biotech hr manager call for rsm required in fmcg devision. I went to delhi
For interview 04/02/2019, all interview clear & appointment latter hand over in 07/02/2019, i joined in madhya pradesh date 18/02/2019 to continue for fmcg devision as a rsm.
Company all report update in google 17/05/2017 but not any balance sheet, itr & any c& fa update, company required 42 lac security deposit in neft or dd, no other type payment exception.

All reporting and hard copy summited to company but salary & other expenses no pay to till date


Please company is not for secured jab.

Interviewed by VC through app. and strangely am a professional in the sales career since 15 years . in last 15 years of career i have not seen any HR selected candidate within an instant . these peoples were a fraud & mail you with their acceptance letter . Government should ban these type of fraud organization. Am also making a written complaint to the POLICE department soon. Dear youngsters they even dont share their cell communication number @ any time . Not even responds to call on the number[protected]. mail id [protected]@gmail.com

Same salary issues, after 30 days restless work company not paying salary, it's really getting surprise and painful event too. Sorry state is i haven't received my joining expenses so far. Kindly help..

On what basic c&fa will be given with a large project cost where company unable to pay salary to his employees.

I joined as a asm raipur zone and served for 1 and half months by my mistake i reviewed abt company complaints but to know the reality i joined the company
Its a fake company take your time and money both in the name of training u have to print your vc and id cards too
They say they will reimburse but at the time of salary they refuse
Appointment letter which they give does not contain any seal so u cannot go to lab our commission also

My name is Wilson. S. I am working as 'Area Sales Manager' and the location is Mysore - Karnataka.

My field sales reporting is from 14.12.2016.

I report to Mr. Shashikanth and Ms. Reena[ Branch managers]

Ms. Reena trained me on the product and it was below average. There was no proper place to sit and were not any classroom training tools used. Keeping these things aside, I finished my training. Ms Reena gave me a welcome letter from Miric Biotech after training.

During my initial days of field work from 14th dec 2016 till 28th dec 2016 regular day plans and call responses were given from Mr. Shashikanth and Ms.Reena. From Dec 27th 2016 Mr. Shashikanth was not there and he went absconding saying that he is on a long leave. after 28th Dec 2016 Ms. Reena went absconding saying that she is sick for a week. I have never seen such a careless and pathetic Business Managers in my life.

Mr. Shashikanth informed me that my salary will get credited either from 7th to 10th of every month. Till date I am working in the field and no business managers are calling me or neither they answer my call and especially Mr. Shashikanth. They stopped calling me from 4th of jan 2017. I think its of no use of keeping front office executives. They lack professionalism and manners. When i call Miric Office, they receive my call and disconnect immediately. I address Myself as Wilson ASM and Im calling from Mysore, what is their problem and I dont understand why they disconnect my call.

Ive been regularly calling 25 to 50 times a day to Miric office and hardly they receive once, then transfer my call and disconnect. This is how your company treats an employee. Still my salary is not paid and the reply that I get is "Waiting for the update from the HR. Waiting for the update from the GM." Reena told me that I will get a call from the GM on 10th of this month but there wasnt any call from the GM. I dont know who the GM is and clearly can understand his carelessness on the employees. I have shared my problem with Reena that without salary been credited, I am empty pocket, my family is struggling, without money I am not able to fuel my bike and im walking now to do field sales. She is very careless to all my concerns. She doesnt deserve to be a manager as she is not capable to handle employee grievances.

I dont know who is HR Manager of Miric Biotech. Initially Some woman named Anjali called me and said that I am selected for the position of ASM for Mysore location. I have never seen her till date and she havent answered any of my calls. When I visited Delhi for training, the first and foremost thing I asked for is to meet Anjali but Reena insisted to make me meet her.

I want to make a point that " On which perspectives and trust should i appoint C&FA by making them invest 42 Lakh when you dont have capacity to pay an employee's salary.

Mr. GM I am requesting you to credit my salary from 14.12.2016 to till date, My daily allowances from 14.12.2016 to till date and the reimbursement money rs. 20, 000 immediately. All relevant documents were submitted to Reena.

Yes, it seems miric biotech is certainly exploiting the people in terms of promising the jobs and not paying them salaries. me too received an offer letter from this company offering me job of a. s. m with high salary of 60.000/- plus 5, 000 as t. a, d. a, but when i read the reviews of people who has got cheated, i grew skeptical and inquired with victims of the company, and then i called the company about the negative reviews they did not give satisfactory answers, i already booked the tickets to delhi to and fro, and made hotel reservations, but thank god, these complaints saved me to escape from such dubious company. i hereby request all the people either c&f agents or distributors and even employees not to fall prey with such money hungry company,
Earlier way back few years ago they were operating under the name of mirik health foods now they changed the name because that company has already got bad reputation and name

Miric Biotech is a big fraud company, Don't invest your money in the miric biotech limited, new delhi it is the fraud company cheated it's marketing staff and employees, also in the verge to cheat public in the name of business, c&fa, super stockiest, distributor. This company cheated as huge amount of deposit is the name of c&fa and super stockiest so it is suggestion to all pls don't invest and nor do the job in this company. I was appointed as regional sales manager for telangana state. I almost appointed c&fa, s. S. Distributor's after learning about company bad profile and repeatedly changing names and cheating employees and public. I suggest a caution with such companies to not to invest and get cheated. They recruit the well litrate person like mba etc and allot the attractive post i. E. Asm/rsm and also allot the good package. After joining they give task to appoint the c&fa with higher amount of deposit. They greed the minimum sale guaruntee (Msg) to the parties and capture his money. So pls avoid.

I request to the people of india not to join or to invest in this unethical organisation as they do not keep up their promises, i went to delhi from hyderabad on august for training. with my expenses. they said they will reimburse next month along with salary. my contact is mr. cb. pathak and he promised me. but after one month when salary date came he said only if i get tie up with c&f agent they will give me the salary. i begged them to give me one more month time but there was no reply to my mails or to my phone calls. he simply block my number in his mobile and the office land line the receptionist hearing my name she disconnects my call. i sent mails to them for at least to reimburse my travel ticket, but no reply instead i get a speedpost letter saying i have not submmitted my document properly. when i went for training at delhi i have given all my personal documents to mr. cb. pathak. now the company totaly not responding to me. so i request you people not to join or invest in this unethical company. pleasse do not waste your time and energy. this is fraud company and i request the police or the organisation who is responsible for giving them license to run there business.

I want to tell you about this cheater company who is hiring peoples for finding c&fa but when they didt get any c&fa in a month so these barsted do not give single penny to there employees. they are regularly follow the work of the employee and they did't even give the t. a & d. a. to there employees.

Mirick Biotech Ltd is a fraud organisation cheats employees.They recruit employee through job portal in the post of Asm or RSM., call for interview ib Delhi With higher package (salary 52k and 2 percnt inventive as total sale) and provides offer ltter .when an individual goes for interview they don't allow you to sit in the office more than 30 mins and post 3 days send back with offer letter then within 48 hours of time started pushing to recuit c&f who will invest 12 lakh as advance but surprising nthr issue appointment letter nor allow the c& F to vis it the registered .office.Thy basically doing fraudulent activity like cheat funds to collect money from the market in different form..This is my personal experience I m sharing with you all.I have not recieved any reembursement of my to n fro expense to Delhi. Nthr recived appointment letter when they understood that I calught their cheating. I will furthr escalate this matter to the fraudulent unit so that this fraud company would get proper lesson and can refrain from cheating incentive individuals.
