I am really disappointed with online ordering site Mirraw
I ordered one anarkali salwar and Saree on 08-Jun-2015 and Expected Delivery Date was[protected]. I called to customer care on 09-Jun-15 to tell them to expedite the order as it was important for me and they ensured that I will be receiving the items by 28-Jun-15. But i did not receive the item till now.
Today (01-July-15, 4.30PM) when i called to customer care, they told me that they are having some issues with my order and i will be receiving my order only on July 8th. I was not informed earlier regarding the delay in delivery so that i can plan for another option. My issue was not even properly taken care by customer care executive. (Executive Name was Sooraj). I told the cust care executive that I want to talk to anyone from top management. I didnot receive any call till my 1AM EST (02-July-15)
I again called to customer care and was able to talk to a HR. They told me that site was down and they will not be able to do anything until site is up. The worst part is they donot even have an ETA, when they can give me an update.
I have made a payment of $167.00 USD for the order. I had a function on 5th Jul and I want the items atleast by 5th Jul morning. I am really disappointed by taking a wrong decision to order through Mirraw. I did not receive items on time. More than that i did not receive a proper communication from Mirraw team that it will be getting delayed. Also I did not get proper response from the customer care.
I am not sure what to do now. Can anyone of you check on the same and try to resolve. I didnot receive any call back till now for the support ticket I raised on 10-Jun-2015.
