Mirraw Online Services — delivery partner - atlantic couriers | |
Ordered item from mirraw, was given the run around because of stock/qa issues. Eventually passed that stage and was notified that the item was handed to courier for delivery. The courier company atlantic couriers have had the item 20/09, and promised delivery by month end. There has been endless delays since then, they provide no timely feedback and requested that i must call them in india from south africa so that i can explain. They keep giving me excuses when they do respond and blame everyone else except take responsibility and provide a solution. I have informed mirraw as well as this courier was appointed by them and they have not even replied to my plea for help. Between atlantic courier and mirraw someone needs to rectify this situation asap. This has been the worst customer service experince that i have ever had and i will never support indian online stores again. Was this information helpful? | |
