I recently my first Order with Mirraw with high expectations. After taking my measurements and confirming all was ok I patiently waited even though the shipping date had passed. I had been sent an apology credit for the delay but no explanation. I was then contacted and told they couldn’t stitch to my size and required me to pay an extra 50% in charges to complete.
I requested to cancel the order and for a refund to my original payment card.
They cancelled the order and put a credit on the Mirraw wallet, again I requested this money was returned to my original payment card. I have tried to contact 9 times and no-one has replied.
In a last attempt to regain my funds I have placed a new order, using the credit on my Mirraw account and paying the difference of £7.30. Mirraw have taken all credit on my account, issued a receipt showing £7.30 payment but have taken £51.19 from my bank account via PayPal. I have attempted to contact Mirraw via email, what’s app and Facebook messenger and no-one has replied again.
Mirraw have allowed me to use the credits on my account but have also charged me full price again.
I am extremely unhappy and I want to make an official complaint as well as all of my funds to be returned to original source.
