I ordered the gold stone bangles on 20-Sep-17, order number M[protected].
The order was delivered with a stone stud on one of the bangles broken. I also found that another stud was already in a soldered condition, with white patch of a solder clearly visible. (see the attached photograph)
I initiated the refund on 25th September, sent the snaps of the damaged goods and after a long follow-up, finally got a go ahead for shipping the faulty bangles back on 1st October.
I returned the bangles on 2nd October.
After that, till now, I am waiting for the refund. I have communicated on their support email ID many times. Every time I get a promise that within 3-4 working days the refund will be through, but that is yet to happen.
Calling the helpline number is a big nuisance. I could get through only once, and got the same promise of 3-4 business days.
This is cheating. I want my money back, with the interest for the number of days the payment was delayed.
