I ordered a red rajasthani style kundan hansali worth rs 3900 on 20th nov 2019. It got delivered on 23 november and it was defective. Hence, returned by me on the same date. The supplier was rewazcreations. They rang me up and accused me of sending the defective stuff whereas they had sent me a defective product. On 1st december evening they said that my ticket (#1941126) has been actioned however no refund has been recieved as yet. The bank details have already been giving to them.
